Give this place a 3.5 stars. Another local hangout if y'all are in Fullerton. There isn't a cover charge. The bar does have outdoor seating area. Inside the bar is pretty big. There is a bar in the front. If you walk passed the pool...table there is another section in the back.
Live DJ music. There are some funky pictures posted. The drink were reasonable priced.More
This is downtown Fullerton's oldest continuing bar: ten years and counting. It's also one of the few places that is family owned and operated.
there is no food, and, after 9 p.m., few people over 40 would appreciate it. But older, more adventurous folk, and...younger people will have a good time. the security staff is professional, the bartenders know what they're doing and you won't complain about a bad pour. They also occasionally have decent bands, especially tuesday and thursday nights.
downtown fullerton is filled with bars, and the clientele that frequents them has a lot to be desired in terms of sophistication. but if you're looking to blow off some steam and don't mind hanging out with college kids, tatooed freaks and a wide spectrum of low and high-lifers, you can't go wrong with this place.
oh: there is no food. It's one of only two bars in downtown fullerton not required to serve food as part of their liquor license. So, if you're looking for grub, you'll have to choose one of the nearly 25 resturants within a couple blocks. My choices: Mulberry Street for a slightly upscale feel, Roman Cucina for family Italian, and Stadium Tavern for good bar grub. Avoid Heroes. It is awful!!!!More
