For a light dinner of about $5/person you can have an ok mexican meal. I had 2 tacos the asada was a little dry, but the carnitas was flavorful and tender. Lots of meat and beans, but no lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

We were out-of-towners staying at the Country Inn and Suites. I asked the desk clerks for a good taco place. It didn't need to be fancy, just good Mexican food. My husband had carne asada tacos. He rated them a 9/10. He loved them. I...More

This sneaky little Mexican joint disguised itself as a run down, plain building. Inside though, it’s bustling and lively with a team of employees who seem to genuinely love what they’re doing. The food is amazing! I’m vegetarian, and there wasn’t a lot of options...More

Damn good Mexican food. I had a carnitas taco and fish taco. Both were excellent. Other orders in the party included nachos and shrimp tacos. Everyone raved about their food.

A great find - don't be put off by the outside. Inside is busy but efficient. We had the fish tacos, spicy and plain, and a burritto - all were delicious.

If you are looking for a traditional taqueria (not some American impostor), this is your place. I knew Don Pepe's was going to be good when I walked in and saw real working people and not white bread families eating here. It's just what you...More

Stopped for a quick lunch here. Not much to look at but don't be put off. I had a spicy fish taco which was freshly cooked and was delicious. My husband was less adventurous with the chicken taco which he said was not spicy but...More

Outstanding. We had shrimp & fish tacos — it was absolutely delicious and very well priced. Corona with their characteristic shrimp & lime on the top was also great. What the restaurant lacks in “fancy” dining room decor it makes up 10-fold in the delicious,...More
