Seriously some of the best Italian food I have had in my life! Fresh pasta, perfectly cooked palenta, meat, and vegetables. The desserts were wonderful. The best customer service! I just wish they didn't have to wear a mask so I could see their faces.

We celebrated my brother in law’s birthday in their private dining room. The service was impeccable! They waited on us hands and foot and the owner also was in and out checking on us and making sure that every thing was perfect! The food was...plentiful and the pasta was al dente. The presentation of the appetizers and dinner plate were amazing. I didn’t have a cocktail but every one enjoyed theirs. We could not eat all of our food because the portion was so much. We had a full half of chicken. It was Plymouth and juicy and large with a little bit of spicy kick to it. The grilled veggies were tasty and the pasta was great too! I would recommend Parma for another party or to dine with friends and family. The restaurant was packed when we were there on a Saturday night.More

We arrived and was greeted right away and seated. Sam , our waiter was very attentive and made sure our table settings, water and wine are always filled. We ordered the meat platter and couple of pasta dishes and both were ok. Desserts are great....Would come back for desserts ( specially cheesecake, creme brulee and chocolate mousse).More

A must visit restaurant with wonderful food and excellent service. Visited for a family dinner with appetizer and main course. Pasta is homemade and tasty. Menu allows for a sample of two or three different pastas. Filet mignon was huge and prepared as ordered. Servers...were helpful and cut our birthday cake we brought for the dinner. Owner visited us several times as she did with all guests. Make sure you visit this restaurantMore

After nearly one year of promising ourselves we would try Parma again (it’s been years!) we set a date night at Parma. Located at the southwest corner of West and Herndon, Parma is a wonderful find. The appetizer choices are extensive and we selected the...escargot which arrived with toasted bread. Superb! My wife ordered the quail arugula salad and I ordered the gnocchi with bolagnese sauce. Acclaimed by a full bodied Barbera red, the dinner was perfect! For the price point, Parma presents tremendous value. Highly recommended!More

This is arguably the top Italian restaurant in Fresno.Everything about the place is authentic Italian . The hostess Elena hovers over the kitchen staff which produces it’s own pasta and other super delicious meat and vegetarian dishes. Almost always she will personally receive all the...diners, almost all of whom she has managed to know personally. She will suggest the appropriate wine from her large selection. The decor is beautiful and cheerful. There is a pretty outside area which is highly recommended weather permitting. The service is great. It is hard to imagine a better Italian restaurant than this one when it comes to the quality and freshness of the food.More

Best Italian food on the west coast. The crazy thing is that this treasure is located in Fresno, CA.

I've been to Parma several times and have never been disappointed. The house made gnocchi is my favorite dish, but the lasagna is the best I've ever had. It's a little expensive but oh-so worth it. If your craving pasta, a great vibe and friendly...service I would highly recommend Parma.More

No problem on spending a little more for a special ocation, but if service is slow, pasta is undercooked and desserts that are suppossed to be warm are cold... I feel fooled
