Food is very good with generous portions. Their house salad and dressing is outstanding. Hard to get a reservation on show nights, call early.

Came for lunch with a group. Had reservations for two tables on the patio, which worked out well. Poorly thought out ordering system with very lengthy wait for meal. Clam chowder was tasteless, sandwich was unremarkable. Ice tea was refreshing. My husband's salad was not remarkable either.

New location for an old Fresno icon eatry. First time this place but worth the visit. We had lunch with son, fiance and her parents. The atmosphere was old world and enjoyable. The food was superb especially the tri-tip. Worth the visit

The Cosmopolitan Restaurant is located in an historic part of Fresno not far from the Appellate Court and the Doubletree Hotel, Fresno. We were there with a group of 21 people. We pre-ordered and were there on time. Although it took a little longer than we thought for the meal to be prepared, it was worth the wait. We order... More

Was nearby on a business trip and this italian food is amazing. I had the gnocchi with the red sauce. If you are nearby or looking for great Italian food I definitely recommend this place! Service is great and prices aren't terrible perhaps around $20 per plate. I went for dinner I'm not sure how it is earlier, but do... More

Had lunch at the new location and it was just as delicious as their old location. Absolutely the best tri tip sandwiches in Fresno.

If you want to eat here, make a reservation or be prepared to wait, but it is well worth it! Very friendly and attentive staff in a modern and very clean place! Nice selection on the bar and very good Italian food!

Was staying at the Doubletree and front desk person suggested this restaurant. We walked two blocks up the street and when we went in everyone turned and looked at us just like you would see in the movies. Shortly thereafter the bartender came out to us and asked if we were there for dinner and then told us that they... More

Went for lunch and had their famous steak sandwiches. One was a cheese steak with a light sauce and the second with spicy barbecue sauce. Both sandwiches were overstuffed and delicious. They were about $10 which was well worth it.

The old Cosmo has moved, and it not only looks great, but with this great location and solid food preparation, it is surely to increase its solid run as a great restaurant. Reservations seem to be a must as this restaurant is quite popular and has quite a loyal following. Great food, and now with a paved parking lot!
