Description
The old township CRAL Turina, with over 30 years of history and a reputation for fungal place, welcomes guests in a charming and full of memories. The two dining rooms, one with a wood burning fireplace, combine well to simple and delicious dishes, edited by Corrado, chef and owner. The grid always on lets imagine the specialties that are cooked: quail, sausage, lamb chops, slices of chicken, veal, pork, fillet, slice of salmon and trout in the valley. For the first you go to the drool from gnocchi, rice with mushrooms, noodles passing by, but without neglecting the agnolotti of the house. Do not miss the traditional recipe soup "beard", with plenty of addition of mushrooms and gravy. To conclude the meal nicely you can enjoy their homemade desserts carefully which bunnet, Creme caramel, panna cotta, charlotte creole and strudel.
