Nice casual restaurant - our table for lunch overlooked with Noyo River and we watched the fishing boats go out and come in. My fish and chips were fresh, hot and crispy. I was a little let down by the crab cakes, which were lukewarm and didn't have that sweet crab flavor that I love. Nice wine and beer list... More

I had never been to Ft. Bragg, but decided to visit when business took me in that general location. I met up with friends who said that SILVER'S at the WHARF was a great place to get the "essence" of the area. They were right. We all had seafood and the view from our outside table was a bonus!

The food at this restaurant was good, not great. The view, the atmosphere and the staff were great. I tried a cocktail from the bar and it was great.

We were looking for lunch around Ft Bragg and decided to try this one again. While the food was edible, it was nothing to rave about. We did have a harbor view. The menu has a flair for Mexican flavors which was unexpected. I had shrimp salad with a very thick Louie dressing heavily leaning toward thousand island dressing. oK... More

Everything at this place from drinks to food seemed very expensive. I agree the view is great, but the restaurant has that 1950's Spengers feel and the food just isn't worth the price!

We went Christmas Eve with friends and the fish was fresh and tasty, service was good. We tried 4 different dishes and shared so it was a fun experience.

We arrived at about 4pm on a cold and rainy January afternoon. Son had the kids PBJ and wife and I shared the scrumptious cioppino

This is a very very expensive restaurant the sea food was way over priced for being right on the coast, I didn't see anything under 20 dollars on the menu but the food was good.

Silver's was one of only a few restaurants open for the holiday, and we were seeking chowder so we stopped by. While the fresh products (fish, prawns) were impeccable, everything else (cocktail sauce, pasta sauces, dressings, sides) seemed canned or stale. My "fresh" vegetables had spots of rot, and were inedible. The chowder itself was gelatinous and mostly potato. The... More

I have eaten here many times and I'm usually satisfied with what I order. I first ordered the clam chowder and it tasted weird. I pin pointed it to dill. When I questioned why dill was in clam chowder, I was informed they always make it with dill, though the cook may have been heavy with it that day. Anyway,... More
