We did takeout due to COVID-19. Everyone enjoyed there food. We had a burgers, fish and chips, pretzel and onion rings as well as a patty melt. We rotate our Friday meals and the Folsom Tap House will be my choice when my turn comes...up in two weeksMore

Great little place with good beer but they run out of things. Our favorite was Gorgonzola bacon nachos. Those were fabulous. The rest was just ok... Wouldn't order the steak nachos again...we sent that back. Not a great place for kids but it was ok....I really enjoyed my Cajun chicken sandwich and onion rings.More

Love the selection of brews on tap! Feel like food quality, however, is declining. Sandwiches that previously had been great now are merely acceptable, or less. Case in point, the French Dip - meat was cut too thickly and was dry, but worse, giving up...on trying to fit the sandwich into my mouth, pulled the meat out to cut with knife and fork - imagine my surprise to find fully half of each slice was fat, not beef. My recommendation to the proprietors would be - everyone says the portions are HUGE - cut the portions and up the quality of the ingredients.More

Hi There, I am on it! I am not sure what happened with your sandwich, but hearing this is unacceptable. My chef and I are resolving this as we speak! Cheers, Stacey

First time visit here. We arrived soon after opening for the day and it was the day after Christmas so not too busy. My lunch partner who is my darling dear wife and I both had an Ice cold draft beer and a French Dip...sandwich with homemade potato chips, Au jus and creamed horseradish. My sandwich was tasty; meat was tender but wondered why it had such a fat layer on the edge of the meat. It should have been trimmed some. It was just too much for a normal preparation. Au jus was flavorful and the house made potato chips were amazing. Thick and crispy. The creamy horseradish was just hot enough not like some places where it blows your mind. The beer was excellent; it was Woodfour Bohemian Nectar, a Saison. My wife had a salad for her side. She enjoyed her salad. We will be back when we are in the area again.More

We had boneless wings which were greasy. Asian chicken lettuce wraps were ok. They used ground chicken again greasy. Sauces for wraps were excellent. Pricy for the place. Sports ambiance was good. Boycotting NFL so oh well. Would not go back.

My wife came here for dinner to escape the heat and enjoy a good meal. Instead we were totally disappointed, we had the worst service. There were four servers and no one checked helped us. Finally, one waiter took our drink order and never brought...me out my beverage. When i asked where's my drink he said, "didnt one of the ladies bring it to you?" Ummm, NO. Then he took our food order and that took nearly 30 min to come out. The waiter acknowledged it took a long time but did not apologize for the wait. On the meantime, not a single wait staff comes to check on us nor refill our drinks. One waitress in particular I stopped to ask for water and she completely ignored me like I was invisible. To top it off, there was hair in my food. Both of us left angry and disgusted and the waiter made no attempt to remedy any of the situation. They lost two customers that day and we will not be going back. I recommend you go to another place that actually cares about customer service. I really wanted to like this place because I heard good things, and maybe they had an off night, but I wasn't deeply disappointed.More

Great little corner pub with very good food. Lots of variety on the menu and large portions. I tried the french dip and it was delicious. My husband had the fish n chips and said they were also very good. I tried their homemade potatoes...chips and will order them again. They were crisp and delicious.More

Excellent brisket chili, perfectly cooked salmon sandwich BLT. Great fries and boneless wings. Food under former owners was so so but now it is top notch.

Stopped by for a few drinks with some friends. Casual and nicely appointed atmosphere. Plenty of TV with sports. Nice selection of beers on tap. The service was simply excellent. The high point was the food!!!!. Everything is freshly made and nicely presented. The chips...with a blue cheese/bacon topping was the best. They make their own chips and "they are excellent". The boneless wings were well seasoned and coated with a delicious blend of sweet, savory, and spice. The onion rings were perfectly cooked and awesome. Although I didn't have one, the burgers have people driving from a distance just to experience them. Next time for me. Don't miss the Tap House. I'll be back!!!!More

We had dinner here tonight because my husband was craving a burger today. He had a spicy porter burger "Brian style" and loved it. I had a Salmon BLT but substituted avocado for the bacon which was no problem. Usually the salad with a burger...is not great. Here the salad was amazing. I had the apple vinaigrette, it was really delicious. We also had really good wine and the service was perfect, attentive without being annoying. It is a sports bar so it was also fun that people were watching a game and cheering. We live nearby and will be back :)More
