Nice, but pricey. We celebrated our 42nd aniversery there. The lobster bisque was great. Lamb t bones were only thin cut lamb chops.

This is the 'up market' restaurant at Tenaya. To be honest it's a 5 out of 10. We had the pork belly which could have done with cooked more, service was average. Not worth the extra money.

Booked meal for a family of 4 for this fine dining experience. Was not disappointed, my son and I shared the Tomahawk Steak and loved it.

Server was personable. Food was very good. Although the children who were there were well behaved, I do not believe they were 12 or older as the rules stipulate.

A higher class of decor, reservations requested (but probably not necessary). Probably the quietest dining facility at the lodge.

Ate here twice the food and service were excellent. They produce an amazing lobster bisque with a flakey pastry crust. It is superb.

We stayed at the lodge and ate breakfast here for about 4 days in a row and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was different every day and included beverages and fruit that you could take along with you for the day. Service was spot on with each of our different servers and one even recommended how to save money... More

We had a very quiet dinner in the Embers. This is a smaller restaurant in Tenaya Lodge. The service if personalized. Excellent meals, the Filet and the Lamb Chops were fantastic. Table side prepared Caesar salad, perfect too. Great wine list also.

Came here on our stay to tenaya lodge and was pleasantly surprised. Let me start off by saying that people need to get their expectations in check. You are in the middle of a forest so stop having ridiculous expectations. That being said I thought this place was a five star experience considering you are in the middle of nowhere.... More

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at the Embers while staying at Tenaya Lodge. They aim to provide an upscale experience and generally succeed. The lobster bisque is excellent but a huge serving. The filets oscar were very good. The wine list is limited but good. Not the best meal I have ever had, but it was certainly a fine experience.... More
