A hit with the whole family. On a cold rainy evening our family was in the mood for authentic Mexican and Lourdes delivered. We ordered everything from the soup to a burrito, to tacos and enchiladas. All were excellent!

We looked on TripAdvisor for a good place to have Mexican food on New year's Eve. This was a delight. If in the area, make the trip off I 15 and visit Lourdes's.

Unquestionably the best mexican style chicken soup, kettle cooked all day long, home made stock and plenty of chicken and spices (on the side if needed). They serve rice, not noodles, so beware if you are expecting noodle house.

Amazing destination. Off the beaten track, close to Escondido Blvd and 7th Stree Small by restaurant standards but incredibly popular. I've never been there when it was empty, and crowded at mealtime.

So let me start by saying I am from Mexico City and taco shops for me are not real Mexican and are very Americanized. How ever this place has the most AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING chilaquiles (red and green). They have real cream not your Amery ansour cream, real Mexican cheese not your yellow american cheese, and of course some onions.... More

Everything was delicious! We tried the ceviche pescado, chicken soup, enchiladas, chicken quesadilla, kids burrito. The green salsa was just right, too. Flavor of homemade food.

Great chicken soup must jave. Best tacos. Ceviche is good fresh. Husband loves fish burrito, the shrimp burrito is delicious but huge. Our favorite we go every week.

We came just for the chicken soup, and very pleased that it met all of our high expectations. I am always a little weary when a place claims "best of" but in this case, it fits. It is freshly prepared, quick, and so flavorful. The rest of the food at the place is above average, but not nearly as memorable... More
