Very busy. Mural on wall. Fresh squeezed juice and smoothies. Lots of coffee. The French toast was very good as was the lobster Benedict. Seems very popular.

We have been here several times, and it is ALWAYS consistently good. Good selection of out-of-the-ordinary breakfasts: Try the California or Farmer's scramble, and make sure to check out their variety of different Eggs Benedict (my personal favorite). I had the Steak Benedict: English muffin, topped with two nicely cooked little beef steaks, runny-yolked poached atop the meat and crowned... More

Had a wonderful breakfast here the other week. Ordered the stuffed french toast and the gluten free pancakes. My dad loved the cream cheese stuffed french toast topped with berries with 2 eggs and sausage...it was really tasty and looked so appetizing. I ordered the gluten free pancakes and they were fluffy and good - although I should have ordered... More

Very good portions of well-prepared and tasty food. The bagels were chewy, the avocados were ripe, and the home fries were nicely done. The buckwheat waffle was chewy and dense (like a real Belgian waffle) and very good. I also liked the fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice.

Enjoyable whether for breakfast or lunch. Expect a wait especially on weekends or during peak times. You will order at the counter and food will be brought to your table.

Picture a rainy day at the beach...second and last day of our two-day mini-vacation at one of our favorite beach towns along the California coast...couldn't really bike ride or walk on the beach...had to go home inland in a few hours...hungry, but very picky about where we want to eat breakfast.. after perusing the main drag of Encinitas for several... Hungry? Hungry for fresh, homemade and flavorful? Well, if these are your priorities, then Honey's is definitely the restaurant for you. As a local, we understand good value, a low-key surf town atmosphere, and good food. As parents of a teenager, we understand large portions of wonderful breakfast delights. From the coffee bar, to home baked treats and outrageous egg... More

If you like comfort food, this is the place for you. The pancake stacks are big, the sandwitches large, and the salads huge and healthy! They have a list of daily specials written on a wall chart. There are many coffee choices on canisters on a shelf along the wall. The place is old with lots of rustic wood decor... More

So my lady and I just visited Encinitas, and I have to say I love this sleepy surf town. We ate out everyday, and frequented Honeys. When you arrive there are alot of different coffees on the coffee station,we grabbed coffee and proceeded to the counter to place our order. Honeys has all the breakfast fixings you could ask for. I... More

Nice place for breakfast. Order at the counter, then pick a seat and they'll bring it to you. Quite a few beverage options - different coffees, teas, etc.
