Clean, nice atmosphere, good food and fast service. No specific lynch menu but you can order anything a la carte reasonably priced and not fill up on rice & beans. Freshly made chile relleno, shredded beef tacos.

This is one of the most popular Mexican restaurants in El Centro. The food is generally good more Focused towards the American customer versus the inland Mexican food. However there's some dishes that are traditionally Mexican but not as spicy.

These have to be one the best folded tacos I've ever eaten. You can order either a hard, medium or soft shell.

I eat at this restaurant every time I come to El Centro. The service is always great. The food is good and so are the prices. It's not fancy, but good.

Chips are cold and stale. Salsa lacks salt and seasoning. Food isn't very good. Portions are small. I don't recommend this place at all.

If you want authentic home-style Mexican, Celia's is the local's choice for overall good Mexican food. Try a "Special" Quesada, it's a fried quesada with cheese that has melted in the process of frying. Only found in Imperial Valley, the #1 place for Mexican..

Over the years we have eaten there several times when passing through. They always have good service and great food. The owner is a great person.

Because Marcos!...the sweetest, most attentive, happiest waiter I've ever met... He puts the serve in the word service...he even plugged in my phone for it to charge... There is a good sized menu...I tried something new and had the Chilaquiles... They were tasty with some onion and green pepper...I ordered it without the sour cream... Tasty indeed with over easy... The title is meant as a compliment, but living only a few kilometers from the Mexican border and whose friends are primarily Mexican, I eat authentic home-cooked Mexican food on a regular basis. Celia's doesn't exactly remind me of authentic Mexican cuisine. Celia's chef's might begin with excellent Mexican ingredients, use time-honored Mexican recipes, and serve the food in a... More

We went out of our way to go here because of the reviews we say on Trip Advisor but we were not impressed at all. The food was very average and the enchilada tasted exactly the same as a frozen enchilada TV dinner you wod buy at the grocery store. The other items were average at best, and the prices... More
