Would we come back? That’s a good question. First impressions go a long way and we didn’t receive a good one. When we walked in and up to the desk, the manager was telling the food delivery driver that the order he was to pick...up was still a few minutes out. We we standing behind the driver, but in clear view of both the manager and hostess. The manager looked me straight in the eye and proceeded to shuffle through some papers. The hostess was busy on a pad that I’m assuming was tables/server info; don’t really know what either was doing, I only know that neither one acknowledged we were there. After nearly three minutes the manager asked how many in our party and sat us down. Greeted by our server fairly quickly and given menus. We ordered an appetizer and two salads for entree’s. My wife was specific about the goat cheese as an appetizer (we wanted to take some time to enjoy it before entree) however they waited and brought the appetizer at the same time as the entrees. Oh well. Maybe two minutes after food arrived we were asked if all was ok and never received any attention again until I called the server over for the bill when we finished. My water glass was emptied about half way through my meal and when I was nearly finished I got up and walked to the bar to get a refill. Funny part about that was, the manager was now behind the bar chopping fruit, looked right at one of his guests who had to get his own refill and again said nothing. Now I understood why the rest of the staff didn’t seem to care much. Not really a “Lead by example” kind of person. Food was very good, and might come back back for that reason, can’t say. By the way Mr. Manager, the night we were in (11/17), was our 35th wedding anniversary.More

We've eaten at Coco Cabana several times and it's consistently good. The dishes are imaginative and tasty. The lamb lollipop appetizer is a must. Most the entrees have some sort of South American or Mediterranean spin on them so there's good flavor combinations. It always...seems to be busy so I'd recommend reservations.More

By far the worst service we have experienced in a very long time. Our food took over 45 mins to arrive. In the meantime no explanation was offered by our server, nor did he return to our table to ask if we wanted to place...a second drink order. It was not that busy! It was a Monday evening and I would say only 1/3 of the place was full. There was a small group of gregarious guys at the bar, and while they were not doing anything wrong their voices echoed throughout the restaurant. It has acoustics that make it very difficult to carry on a conversation across the table. The food was actually pretty good, minus my daughter's burger which arrived with a burned bun, and over done bacon. We were tempted to order dessert, but decided not to as we had already been there for over 2 hours, and did not want to endure anymore of a wait, so we went out for ice cream instead. It's moderately priced, but with the terrible service we experienced we will not be returning.More

Tried to book a corporate event for 45 guests, received misinformation from first person who answered. Second person contradicted the first concerning prices. Terrible customer service! When I brought this up to the manager (Sean) he replied sarcastically, "Thanks for the feedback." I will never...visit this restaurant. They failed.More

Sincere apologies were expressed for the misunderstanding and we thought we reached a middle ground to meet your budget and added desserts. You asked us to proceed with reservation. Minutes later you called us back saying we give poor customer service. We learn from our...More

Came here with another couple and absolutely enjoyed it. It’s a restaurant/Lounge spot that has a lively feel to it. The decor was nice and can definitely be a good happy hour spot. We ordered almost everything they had and everything was delicious! The one...thing I suggest for all to try is their ultimate nachos with steak. Everyone enjoyed it and it was a decent sized portion. If you like strong drinks- this is the place to be. We ordered the strawberry margaritas and got Patron with a hint of strawberry! That’s my kind of drink!! The service was a little slow but friendly. I suggest ordering as soon as you find something if you are hangry. We will definitely be coming back!More

This place has excellent food and great service. However. Small things like beat up menus and poor distribution of guests makes it less than excellent. The bar is well stocked and the bar tenders have a generous pour! Enjoy!,

Ate here as a part of group. Great service, an amazing menu which is reasonably priced. The tapas were gorgeous and the selection was brilliant. The wine we had was lovely too. I’d definitely recommend a visit!

Coco Cabana has a nice atmosphere, the interior is fairly dark. There is a big bar and ample seating in the dining area. I have visited twice and both times the service has been outstanding. The food is average, but highly priced. We shared from...the tapas menu, with chicken tacos, corn, dip, and sliders. Nothing to write home about, but not bad either.More
