Hidden little Gem

Very old school 1970's decor, the food was tasty, very inexpensive and quick to go service. We will definitely go back when in town

The ambience is not there, but the food is so good. Prices are great. The staff is authentic Chinese, only a couple of them speak English. They're just the nicest people. They honor lunch menus for dinner. Not a beautiful place, but what you could expect in the Orient. Food is cooked fresh with each order, and it comes to... More

We were surprised when we came here. On entering you would think you were in the 70's having Chinese food pink walls lanterns and all. The food is good and they give you a lot of food. So it is best to share an entree otherwise be prepared to take some food with you. This is not gourmet Chinese but... More

If you ever want to try Chinese food, go to Kam Lun Chinese Restaurant. You can get enough food for about the same price of a buffet! During lunch, you can get four entrees with two people for about $22 for 2 or $11 for 1. But that is a lot of food! The menu has pictures of some of... More

A little place in Desert Hot Springs but big on menu items -- great tasting, large portions, nice people -- what else can you ask for...?

The chicken low mein was pretty good, but the fried rice had no flavor. The gal that answered was very polite, but couldn't seem to answer some basic questions about the menu nor the location. The restaurant itself looks like it could use a face lift, but for a quick in & out bite to eat it was not bad.

Glad I stopped in I'll be back next time I visit the desert. I come here a lot to enjoy the mineral spas and it's far enough away from the hustle of the casinos. I feel at home in this restaurant. Clean food and service..

Food is excellent and good portions. Whenever we're in town we make sure that we come here to eat at least once.

Large portions delightfully prepared. Great selections from specials to fancy full dinners. A few small rooms for groups. It is tricky to find in a small strip bldg. I see lots of locals who frequently eat here because of the food.

We had dinner here. I had orange chicken, my husband had almond chicken. Both dishes came with soup and rice and both were excellent. A lot of food, we took some home. I highly recommend this restaurant for great food and great service.
