Best pastrami sandwich I have EVER had! I love a good pastrami sandwich, and my standards so far have been in San Francisco area and Manhattan. This is now my new standard, which I doubt others can beat. Big enough to share too, with a...single sandwich acting as lunch for both my wife and myself. The cobb salad was also excellent... though we took it home for dinner, since it was also big enough to share, and became a meal unto itself for the two of us.More

Along the main route through Del Mar. Top notch sandwiches and lunch fare, brews and small dishes. Always good for a quick bite. Packed during summer vacation season.

By far the most crave-able sandwiches you could eat! The bread alone is worth the visit. Turkey Turkado is a fav or Tub a Tuna on squaw. Grab some chips and a beer and enjoy! Don’t forget the secret sauce! You can call order in,...by pass line to pay, pick up and go. This place is a Del Mar institution. Kids ditch school to stuff a Board and Brew, perfect for a beach picnic. The place is not cute at all. Expect beach grunge with slight chaos. WorthMore

I ordered 6 sandwich platters for a very important meeting. I ordered it 2 days in advance. I asked for it to be delivered at noon or before. They were 20 minutes late. When I called to ask what time it was going to arrive,...the person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN, unless they fire that person. They need to look into it, so it doesn't happen to anyone else. It makes them look bad and it's a shame, because they have good sandwiches. Why work somewhere if they don't like it there? He obviously doesn't want to work there.More

Very busy, on a Friday lunch time, but we'll worth it! As a Brit the portions were massive, so good value for money and the sandwiches we had were very tasty, and packed with meat and cheese. I would say it is basic here and...the choices are quite limited, so if your a fussy eater it might not be too taste. But after a morning on the beech we loved it.More

Love Board & Brew’s roast beef sandwich with au jus - especially their secret sauce! You can buy the sauce separately- well worth it!

Large size sandwiches with loads of fresh tasty ingredients. Dine inside or out in, or take out to the beach in beautiful Del Mar.

We bought 3 sandwiches and, of the 3, we really liked the Baja chicken the best. The grilled chicken quesadilla and the turkado were good but only so-so. The deli usually has a line (they do a really good business) but it moves pretty fast....Dining outside beneath their umbrellas is popular but there are also a few indoor tables, too. We've been here in the past and always enjoyed our purchases.More
