First try at the Burger Lounge after hearing all sorts of raves. Overall a pretty good burger but not any better than other local places. The beef I guess is of higher quality but everything past that is much the same as any others. I...guess I was hoping for more based on the price .More
Never been to the Burger Lounge. Amazing service, super friendly staff. Food was fresh, hot and most importantly very good. Thank you for a great burger and Fries.
The Burger Lounge has been a personal favorite. The burgers are well made with good ingredients. Especially loved this location because of the great, truly exceptional staff. They gave you better service than most expensive Restraunts! But unfortunately the good people have been replaced. The...manager parks herself in the customer seating surfing her computer, barking orders and feeding her face - it’s unprofessional. The employees are sour pusses. They no longer greet you with a smile and express enthusiasm, but grumble and take your order. The old folks used to ask if you wanted refills, more catsup, came by and made sure everything was ok - and actually took action if it wasn’t. One day a lady sitting next to me thought her burger was a little salty, but she was fine with it. The server made her a new one immediately and truly was sorry the woman didn’t love it. Now they just don’t seem to care. They don’t even ask. Maybe the location changed hands or they don’t pay well or take care of the good people. Who knows. How sad!!!!More
Okay ambiance. Okay service. Overpriced burger with extra charges for adding cheese and bacon to the burger. I ate the burger with onion rings and hibiscus lemonade. So so flavor for food. The food tastes better at In and Our or The Habit.
We found this place through the TripAdvisor app while in town for a football tournament and decided to try it based on the reviews. We weren't sure what the expect taste wise since everything is labeled organic or grass fed. All I can say is...Wow. We had two families with us and everyone loved their burger and fries. They even have cold Sculpin on tap which is a bonus. I wish we had a Burger Lounge closer to our home.More
While the food is good, I stopped eating here when I learned they use peanut oil. Even the airlines have begin to stop serving peanuts due to the dangers associated with peanut allergy. I complained to the manage and was told that they use peanut...oil because of the taste. Come on!! It is cheaper than other oils! This is a great example of putting profits before the health of their customers.More

The only sad part of this review is that we didn't actually find out about Burger Lounge until the last day of our vacation because we would probably have eaten there several times. The burgers are superb on their own but most of all we...were ecstatic to find that they catered to GF needs (really excellent GF buns) and even sensitive to the customer to ask if they wanted the fish unbreaded (grilled) instead of fried. That's unheard of (at least I don't hear of it here in NYC). The burgers are quite inexpensive as well. Definitely check it out.More
This chain restaurant puts out a great burger and fries. The ingredients are high quality and well prepared, and the combination of flavors is well balanced without overpowering the meat flavor - which is exceptionally good here. Good beer, milkshakes, and onion rings. The service...is friendly and efficient. The strip mall setting, well..... just go for the burger!More

Grass fed beef tenderly formed on a delicious bun. My daughter's gluten free bun was the best she has ever had. Great fries and perfect onion rings. They also have bison burgers and chicken options. My burger loving husband said ,"dang that was good! "...limited cheese options-American and cheddar and you can add bacon or avocado. We ate every bite.More
Had the house burger. It was good. Freshly made burger with good toppings. The staff was very friendly and polite. They checked on us to get more drinks. Nice outside seating.
You place your order and it is quickly delivered by a friendly staff member. Best burger I've had in a long time. Friends ordered the Alaskan Cod sandwich and were very pleased. They refilled our drinks in go cups for no extra charge. (Try the...lavender mint lemonade!). We definitely recommend!!!More
