The pastrami sandwich I ordered was very good and very big, could easily feed two people with average appetites. I ordered French fries which were plentiful and very good as well, I had cole slaw which was good and flavorful. The restaurant was full of patrons, both inside and on the patio. My order was taken quickly and prepared for... More

this is not a Langer's or Brent's Kosher style Pastrami which I love; this is "American"s style pastrami which is also great but different piled mile high and delicious. Ask for the special hot mustard they keep under the counter. Not for someone watching their Sodium intake!

I've been going to this place for years. Only thing I have tried was the pastrami and it has always been good! Well I tried their fries too. I order my pastrami with Swiss cheese. I love how they stack on the meat and it's so thinly sliced. The pickles they give on the side go perfect with it. I'm... More

Pickles here are also fabulous. Pastrami and pickles have declined a little over the years and prices have crept up. Still, it is one of my favorite places for pastrami and beats Katz's Deli in NYC. If you hear someone having a Big "O" here, it is real.

The food is always good at Johnnie's Pastrami. No one in my department has ever complained about eating there.

This place has stood the test of time and for good reason - the food is incredible, it is fast and the prices although rising are still a pretty good value for what you get. I can only attest to one item on the menu - the pastrami sandwich - as it is the first thing I tried at Johnnie's... More

The pastrami sandwiches are so large that my husband and I split one. Then we get either French fries or onion rings to share (or sometimes get both), and we are full! Fries and onion rings are delicious too. As is the patty melt, which we also share!

I' ve been to Johnnie's with my family for lunch. The location is not so "cozy" ( even if I like it as it is typical ) but we had a very good lunch: Hamburgers, Kid's meal and Fish&chips were all tasty. The waitress was very kind. Well Done!!!

Johnnies pastrami still as great as it's always been. I haven't been there in years but food is always great. Must try the Pastrami sandwich, pickles always on the table.

Thank Michael R
