Place feels almost like a converted warehouse. A lot of noise. They have a really diverse menu. I was in a Fig mood and had the fig Salad and the Fig Prosciutto Pizza. We were a party of 4. Had a nice time, did not find the chairs very comfortable at our table.

We stopped here for dinner, but it didn't start until 6, so we stayed for a few beers and enjoyed their appetizer menu. Their beer selection was excellent, a nice selection of local beers. They also infused their whiskey for different flavors. Looked good, but wasn't up for whisky on an empty stomach! The app menu was good. Had options... More

My wife and I have eaten lunch here several times, sometimes with friends, and we have always enjoyed it. The wine selection is good, albeit somewhat higher priced. The menu options are intriguing, and quite varied. Wonderful fresh bowls and healthy salads, including the chile shrimp, which I love. Excellent, well informed servers. And, thanks to the accompanying bakery, there... More

Akasha was the right spot for a night out to celebrate a BIG birthday. Between us we sampled that night's special perfectly seasoned steak and fish entrees together with an incredible beet and avocado salad and the house mac & cheese on the side. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion and the wait staff was excellent...Akasha is worthy of... More

I've eaten here a number of times before King's games. The food is tasty, quick and very very reasonably priced for being so close to Staple's. I'm a Katsuya fan but Akasha is high quality as well for half the price and much quicker without all the fuss.

Akasha is my neighborhood fine-dining restaurant. Every time I go I try something new, and I'm never disappointed. Everything is fresh, with plenty of vegetarian options. Fabulous wine list, interesting cocktails.

Had reservations for six for 5:30 (opening time) and nobody was there yet we had to wait 10 minutes while they straightened up the napkins...odd. Waiter never smiled or introduced himself...seemed cranky. BUT, the food and menu options were inventive without being tortured and the meal was great. Pork tenderloin with carrot, gnocchi, etc. was a big portion well prepared... More

We live in Culver City and have sbeen to Akaska several times. Many times to just have a drink and appetizers at the bar. Excellent Citrus Margarita. Good selection of wines by the glass. 1/2 off bottle of wine on Wednesday night. Never leave disappointed

My companion and I shared several oh the small plates. I particularly enjoyed the goat cheese gnocchi. Service was attentive without being intrusive. We ate on the patio. Inside the restaurant tends to be extremely noisy, to the point that that communication is difficult
