I knew it was too good to be true when we found this cute little, pardon the pun, provincial restaurant on the outskirts of downtown Covina. It has been our go to restaurant for date nights and special occasions for the last few years, but now it is moving to a city befitting it's quality and style. This is a... More

Some will label this place expensive, but the food quality and service justify the price. They have excellent higher end options: Wild Boar, steaks, chops and Sea Bass. Also, there is high quality risotto and some Mexican influenced seafood options. You can make the drive to Downtown LA or Pasadena for similar quality, but it would be much more expensive.

I went to this restaurant on a date, or my date picked up this restaurant. It is a new restaurant in the neighborhood : very conveniently located on the main street, newly decorated interior, make you feel like that you are in a high class and high end restaurant: good street views, very clean and specious, soft lighting and lay... Very good short ribs, terrible hamburgers. Food hit and miss. On the expensive side. Have tried it five times. Stick with the short ribs

Best food, service and ambience in San Gabriel Valley for sure! My husband had the Boneless Beef Short Ribs with their Signature Mac & Cheese and 'to die for' deep fried Brussel Sprouts, no need for a knife here...I had the Chicken with Jasmine Rice and Curry Sauce which was indescribably delicious (don't know what spices Chef Manny used but... Looking for a great tasting homemade meal? Here it is! Came here with co-workers for dinner and was impressed. Good wine selection, great pasta and sauces are fantastic. Will be back!

but kind of on the expensive side! This is definitely a celebration restaurant. The dishes we had were quite tasty. The scallops on mashed potatoes were phenomenal, but I thought really expensive. $29.00 for four scallops on four individual dollops of mash with four asparagaus spears. Dessert was excellent and enough to share, wine by the glass was fairly priced... More

We had read the reviews from other diners, so we know what to expect. The food was very good to excellent and the service was very good as well. The chef owner came to our table to greet us, which was a nice added touch. We were expecting a more upscale ambiance, but it was relatively casual. That was fine... More

What a wonderful surprise, it's so nice to find quality & innovative food in Covina! In the past your only choices for an establishment like this was to travel to Pasadena or other far flung environs. We shared two appetizers, calamari & mussels; the calamari had a wonderful Asian dipping sauce & the mussels were swimming in a buttery Chardonnay... More
