Their service is good and the food authentic. Their salsa verde pork was delicious as well as their shrimp cocktail. They have a good assortment in their menu.

Usually Mexican places have really bland meat and they cover it up with melted cheese and sour cream and bland salsa. This place had tasty, well spiced meats. We had the chile verde and pastor. We ordered ahead of time and it was hot and...ready when we arrived for the take out order. The guys working there were friendly too!More

Want to see your food cooked? Sit inside! The kitchen is right there by the bar .. Don't want to see it cooked? Don't want to watch the game on the two big screen TV's? Sit outside under the umbrellas and have them, the wait...staff, which is EXCELLENT, bring your beverage (I like the Little Sumpthin', of course) chips, the best salsa, and then your food. Happy hour is great .. and .. you can sit outside and watch Cotati (where old hippies come to die) go by. I swear, they pay people to walk across the cross-walk, I do. My wife LOVES the Fajita Tacos .. which are NOT on the menu, but, they will smile and bring 'em to you ... I eat their burritos and chile relainos (sp?) .. oh .. and their enchiladas are really good to. Breakfast? No problem. This place rocks at breakfast time !!! Try it .. way better than the other places withing the county !!! And .. food is cooked right before your eyes ... the way I love it.More

Great omelets, great hamburger juicy and very tasty, sat outside, server was very sweet and helpful, very attentive. Bustling little place, locals abound! Nice decor inside too! Go if you are in the area, parking is a little dicey, be careful! Have fun

Big selection, fast friendly service and okay food. Stopped for lunch at 1pm on a Thursday. Busy without being crowded. Lots of tables to sit outside and enjoy the weather when it's nice. Street parking can be a challenge, look for the public lot across...the street for an alternative. Some wonderful local artists featured on the walls. Food is made to order so expect the short wait that comes with that. Some unique burrito combinations. Lunch special of $7.25 for any of six items. Tortilla chips are fresh as is the salsa. I'm a little surprised there is not a salsa bar given the name, but space is limited inside. I ordered an al pastor burrito with no rice, black beans and jalapeños. They forgot the jalapeños but brought me a full side order when I asked. The black beans were underdone and chewy. Al pastor was fresh with a good grilled flavor and not greasy. Burrito was constructed a bit wrong - all the sour cream down one end not spread throughout. A decent option for the area, but not sure I will go out of my way to return.More

When you don't want to cook - Cafe Salsa is a good local go to place. Good food - salmon tacos are my favorite but wide selection so even if you are not craving mexican food there is something you would like. Service is quick...and has a nice outdoor seating area.More
