This is in an old Taco Bell store but the food is anything but chain Mexican. The chicken tacos are good, as are the carnitas ones. They also have fresh squeezed organic juices, flan, fresh chips , fish taco, etc. all fresh.

After a long day at the beach and being hungry but not wanting anything that entailed showering, dressing and going back out, I scrolled through my app on my phone and found "Taco Mesa" with rave reviews. Well they were correct ! . This is a gem within a rough exterior. Don't let the outside stop you from experiencing the... More

Food was cold and nasty I got a wet carnitas burrito and let me tell u I would of been muchhh more happier if I would of got a burger next door at McDonald's. I do not recommend unless u like nasty food then be my guest 😷😷😷 I had to dissect my burrito cause the sauce tastes exactly like... More

Outdoor dining but it's always good. It's not our number one restaurant and sometimes we do not come here because it's always crowded. The food is good and the menu is interesting. I recommend this location.

In a Saturday noon after a long morning of shopping, needed a cool place with good food. I hadn't been at the taco Mesa, but heard about it. After parking in the free back lot, You need to order your food at the counter, get the salsa stuff and find a seat outside in the patio. Try the fresh churros... More

Lively, friendly cafe with a quirky exterior that makes the high-quality yum of the eats offered even more of a refreshing break from the typical southwest food offered on every other corner. Service is bare bones, but staff are pleasant and efficient (order at the counter, and pick up food when your name is called). Cute patio (covered) eating areas... More

This food is great. The escabeche (spelling?) is the best that I've ever had. Garlicky, and not too hot, but definitely warm! I almost always go for the tacos here. They're all great. Two or three tacos and an agua fresca are a great lunch. At the holidays, they offer a great deal on ... what's that Latino dish that... More

We went here for lunch the other day. I've as a little overwhelmed with the art work on the pink building but it was fun . The food was amazing and did not disappoint. They offer a wide variety of items and drinks. The patio area was nice and relaxing.

Great food. Authenticity comes from real chiles and spices that are roasted to enhance flavors (as we learned from our ancestors—the Mayan, Aztec and Spanish) fused with contemporary techniques and innovations. Most Mexican restaurants in the United States offer menus that are not only limited in their offering but also limited to a particular region of Mexico. Taco Mesa brings... More

Everything is fresh and made from scratch. Lobster taco and salmon taco are the best, followed by the shrimp taco They have special everyday, and very affordable. You won't have to the bank for lunch or diner
