This place was fantastic, glad we stumbled across it. The vibe was good , the menu was great they have such great sandwich concepts it was hard to decide . The combinations of items they used wasn't odd but paired so perfectly. I had just dill with it it was made on fresh bread with dill cream cheese , Roma tomato, cucumber, avocado and turkey ..can't wait tontry and recreate this at home. This place could explode as a franchise please come to the Palm Springs area you'd kill it .

This place continues to be a favorite of mine. This time I had The Derby and a Basque Berry tart. Both were well balanced in flavor. The Derby was not overly sweet, as sometimes nut pies can be. The Basque Berry also had a nice balance of sweet and sour. During COVID they seem to be in full operation, except they only sell takeout.

Now for take out; easy to order ahead, particularly if you pick up next day. First rate quality. The scones are particularly good; some people prefer the croissants - which come plain, ham and cheese, or tomato and cheese - sometimes some other variations. Molasses ginger cookies, also chocolate chip, flourless chocolate with walnuts.

My husband bought 2 RANCH HAND sandwiches to-go. Details: Greasy burnt oil tasting Bacon, barely there Turkey (not even kidding), his wasToasted; mine was suppose to be apparently. Save your money!

Blackmarket Bakery is my kind of place, a good selection of pastries and a unique menu of sandwiches. My wife had the Wild Thing, very tasty and rich with the bacon, provolone, brie and grilled shallots, I had to help her eat it, she didn't even make it half way through.Mine was the Hustle, a much lighter sandwich, very good as well. We got a selection of tarts to go, all good.
Black bottom Creme Brulee, amazing I will get it ever time I go in.

We discovered your cute shop a few years ago (2018) and absolutely loved it! We have continued to visit most times we are visiting California. The bread is divine! Unfortunately the last 3 times we've been in, the service and attitude of the staff have been enough for us to not want to come back. We chalked the last 3 times up to just one offs, but honestly we've found it not worth our time and would prefer to spend our money elsewhere. We love the fact your shop is woman owned and local but wanted to let you know why we won't be returning. #wherestheberrytoast

Food was terrific. Enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and pastries. Coffee was horrible. Left ours and took the food to go in order to get a strong cup of coffee elsewhere.

This is an amazing local bakery located in the Camp and their coffee and pastries are some of the best in town - would highly recommend for a cool and buzzing local spot with unique offerings and a great atmosphere!

Looking for a bakery and found Blackmarket Bakery. What a great location and all kinds of cool things on the property. Food was good, and coffee was great. Ordered the Dill something sandwich and it was good but did not get the "dill" flavor I was looking for since I love dill.
I would love to come back and try something else. The poptart was really good!! Great hang out place.

I'm a pie and tart girl, and there's nothing like a creamy filling with a little dark chocolate to really get my mouth watering! I was thrilled with the balance of rich and creamy, perfectly crumbly crust in the lemon-lime creme tart, and the dark chocolate and caramel one had just the right amount of salt and sweet. YUM!

Fresh baked goodies galore! Smells wonderful, scones tasty, staff friendly and helpful, coffee great. What a find in The Camp. If I were closer I'd be there every day. Thank you for the treats - they were delicious!

You can get a delicious sandwich or an amazing sweet treat while relaxing in the bakery but be prepared to take away plenty of yummy delights for later. The breads are delicious. The cookies delectable. They sometimes have homemade marshmallows in flavors like, peach or passion fruit! Get something for her AND something to take home.

We were looking for breakfast and found this on a map search. This place is amazing from the baked goods, to sandwiches to coffee. They also have a lot of fun gifts too. You have got to try it!

This bakery is OUTSTANDING!!! Who would have thought a jalapeño poppers could turn into a croissant - but they did it and it was fantastic. We also had the churros which were equally as good. I wish we lived closer so we could go there more often.
The Camp, where this is located, is a great place to walk around after breakfast. Get there early though as the parking lot can fill up fast!!
