Great little trendy place. Love their Lobster omelette. Great little corner cafe where can get in and out quickly.

Very open airy place to eat. The food is upscale and not cheap, but it's a nice place to treat yourself to a nice Sunday morning breakfast. All the food is fresh and good quality. Try the Dutch baby if they have it that dat.

To the point Sunday breakfast breakdown: Offers nice outdoor patio seating Leave yourself time for a wait to be seated as you get into the later morning hours Great friendly service with about a 20ish minute wait between food order and time to the table. Santa Fe Eggs Benedict, different and enjoyable if you're a Benedict fan and like Sante... More

I remember when Plums was just a little squeak of a café. The food was really good then, and is still today. Came here for breakfast on a weekday. I am probably behind regarding any indication of their expansion (I have not been here in several years), but the new place with lots of outdoor seating is awesome. The two... More

Great food! Very unique dishes with great flavor. The salmon spinach salad with blueberry dressing is very good. Iced coffee is a yummy treat as well.

I like the casual setting of Plums patio seating and the food is tasty. I enjoyed a laid back meal but the service seemed to be a bit slow.

I cannot tell you the last time I was able to sit down and ponder what I was going to have for breakfast. This place has such a unique selection of dishes that all seemed like they would be awesome. I had the Vietnamese Pork with Pouched Eggs and it was mind blowing. The flavors were awesome and the quality... More

Four of us went there for breakfast and we were happy to find they had tables outside! I had the Santa Fe Benedict - awesome!! My daughter had the Dutch Baby - like dessert. It's huge, so you should share. My son had the waffle and our friend had pancakes - all wonderful. The service was great - our waiter... More

when you are in Costa Mesa, this place is a must for breakfast, especially on the weekend. Good Bloody Maries, or Mimosas; ecclectic food, good atmosphere, good services and for those with dogs, very woofer friendly.

We stopped by Plums Cafe while biking to Newport Beach. There was about a 20 minute wait, but it went by pretty quickly. Inside and outside dining areas, both very loud. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was very good. I would give a 4.5 stars if I was able to. Love their raspberry jelly!
