Ruby's is a staple for the old fashioned hamburger place with some nice updates. I like that you can substitute a "turkey patty" on any burger. This location also has a very large covered patio that allows dogs.

This is about the only full-service restaurant in South Coast Plaza that is kid-friendly. It's a little noisy. Okay, a lot. They have great milk shakes, burgers, salads, sandwiches, and more. It's not in the main part of South Coast Plaza; it's across the Bear Street bridge, on the first level.

We don't have Ruby's in Las Vegas. Love their garlic French fries!! Very clean restaurant and a friend staff. Love that you can walk off your food in the mall afterwards

This is a great little place to eat at.I had breakfast and everything was nicely prepared and presented. Prices are average, and service a little slow.

Great place for a family meal, table service was way above average. We ordered a milk shake to be shared by our two kids, it was brought to our table already served in two different cups, and by the way, it was delicious. Small things like that make all the difference.

Strange but true, this is one of those places that have great service at a burger joint. Their food is great and they have an outstanding service.

My wife and I took a break after a few visits of what we believed was declining service. We used to visit at least once if not twice a week. Today, we thought we would give it another shot. What started as promising soon grounded. After the Manager stopped by and chatted a bit about college football I had hoped... More

Now through September 30, 2015, Ruby’s Diner has a new shake called the Muddy Gummy Goody Shake. For those you who remember “Cup of Dirt” from the 1990s, this will be a blast from the past for you and something new for the kids to get them ready for the Halloween season. It starts with chocolate ice cream blended with... More
