A simple ice cream each rather than selecting any of the rather magnificent looking sundaes. Great flavour and reasonable prices.

Moo Time is a local favourite and a mecca for tourists after strolling Orange Ave. The ice cream is deliciously creamy, but servings are not as generous as they use to be. Scoops are a bit on the pricey side.

There is a reason you see the line out the door and down the street in front of this creamery, because what is inside will make your taste buds dance! Moo Time has a large and fun selection of sundaes but also are known for...More

Local creamery with large variety of ice cream and sorbet flavors, shakes and amazing sounding other treats. Great for a late afternoon snack.

It is local which is great. However, it's incredibly overrated. It is also overpriced with slow service. Oh and no bathroom.

Moo time was pretty good, it didn't really blow me away or anything. It was a nice treat and if you sit outside with your treat its good people watching! I really like how they have four new flavors everyday!

You can't pass by this creamery without noticing all the people either entering it or leaving it (with ice cream, of course). The obvious reason is that the ice cream is to die for; however, be prepared to pay dearly for it. We had the...More

During a recent trip to Coronado we enjoyed the Moo Time Creamery. It was along busy Orange Ave in Coronado and a good place to stop during a walk of the area! We found many choices and they encourage small samples of different flavor ice...More

Probably one of the better places for ice cream in Coronado. Very creamy and decent variety of flavors. Better can be found in San Diego across the bay, but because of where it is its probably the better selection for the island.

Description
A brick & mortar neighborhood institution, MooTime Creamery has been serving up America's favorite dessert to locals and tourists alike for the last 15 years. From Double Dark Chocolate to Stracciatella, the locally owned, '50s style shop provides Coronado with premium handcrafted ice cream, sorbet, yogurt and hand-rolled waffle cones all made fresh daily with the highest quality ingredients. MooTime first opened on Orange Avenue in 1998. Churning out ice cream in a fun, nostalgic atmosphere, the local favorite has seen such stars as Magic Johnson, Jason Alexander, Mandy Moore and Cuba Gooding Jr. come through its doors to enjoy a MooTime treat. MooTime serves a variety of old-fashioned delights from floats and sodas to sundaes and splits. Catering is also available, with a list of options including ice cream bars, float bars and hot fudge bars, taking all of the fun and flavor offsite.
