If you are in Coronado and want beer and pizza, I think this is the right for you. The pizza is delicious and you will have this great view of SD skyline. Recommended by night.

I stopped in for the happy hour and got a slice of pizza. It was the tomato basil and I think it either had pepperoni or salami. It was DELICIOUS and only $2.75. It was a huge piece too!

Village Pizzeria Bayside has one of the larger beer selections on the Coronado plaza strip, with a nice outdoor coastal ambiance. Inside feels like a tented area with no ac. The food (wings and calamari) and pizza was just okay however. Might be something good...More

Both locals and tourists like this place. Lots of choices for your pizza, and good sandwiches, too. Garlic fries are addicting.

Ordered a Calzone. It was a good size and very tasty. That atmosphere and scenery was great. Very relaxing and enjoyable lunch.

A couple years ago we ate at the Village Pizzeria on Orange Ave. If you're deciding between the two on a busy weekend, come here instead. There is ample seating, a short wait, and the views are much better. Although the restaurant in the village...More

Arrived to a very busy restaurant, but only waited a short time. Sat at a table overlooking the bay. The service was prompt and very friendly. We shared a chopped salad--yummy and a small Works pizza! The food was good, served hot, and we enjoyed...More

Same great pizza as their Orange Ave. location, but lots of seating here, both inside and out. Service was very friendly as well.

Stopped by here for a snack. Fairly reasonable in prices. Large floppy slices of pizza that can be ordered by the slice or the pie. Pepperoni was a little greasy but then all pepperoni pizzas are greasy.

Description
In 2007, we opened our second location, Village Pizzeria Bayside, fittingly located steps from the bay at Coronado's Ferry Landing. Our Bayside location offers the same great menu as The Original with an unbeatable bay front view of Downtown San Diego. Pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes and hoagie sandwiches are made-to-order with authentic ingredients. And our spacious covered patio is perfect for large parties and events.
