My family came here for my nieces birthday. We all tried different dishes and enjoyed our food. Our server was kind and patient. She brought out a dessert for my niece. Watched a beautiful sunset while eating a nice meal.

went to dinner here and did not regret anything. All 4 of us loved our entrees. Actually couldn't agree who had the best. Decent price and good portions. There was a short wait but I would go back without hesitation.

We had no reservation for Valentine's night but we thought we'd try take out so we could enjoy our ocean view from our room at Hotel Del (see separate review). It was crazy busy even though it was just before 5 pm. We told the...hostess we wanted to order take out and she asked us to wait at the upholstered bench in the entrance area. So we waited patiently but no one came to take our order. Then we saw a guy randomly stroll up and give his take out order immediately. They obviously failed to communicate that there were people waiting to put in our take out order. We finally put our simple order in (two crab-stuffed-prawns) and then we waited. And waited. We finally had to inquire and then were brought out our order about a half-hour later (10 minutes after the random guy left with his order). We then ran back to our hotel room in time to catch a gorgeous sunset. After enjoying the views, we sat down to eat but they gave us no utensils or napkins! At least the prawns were big and meaty, and easy to pick up with our fingers. Pretty tasty meal. Not overpriced for seafood at a resort location.More

My husband and I ate here Valentine's Day weekend. Everything on the menu looked delicious - we had the halibut and several small plates - coconut shrimp, grilled octopus and lobster bisque. Everything was very good but not blow-me-away fantastic. Still, it had great atmosphere,...great service and good food. I would recommend the drinks and small plates for a happy hour, definitely.More

We ate here twice during our stay. The Sand Dabs were the best I've ever had. My husband enjoyed the calamari. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly

We visited the restaurant today. First of all the waiting time was so long, maybe this our fault because we didn’t reserve in advance. Secondly, the waiters in the front door who were responsible of the line were so rude, I didn’t like their voice...tone. The most terrible thing is the food. Was soo bad. We ordered fish and chips which should be very popular dish, it was the worst fish and chips I ever ate. It was a very bad experience and will never repeat it again. Also I will worn every one who intended to go to this restaurant. It is a waste of time and money.More

We were looking for an easy lunch on a recent visit to Coronado. We randomly picked Brigantine Seafood Restaurant. It's in a beautiful location. We were seated in an indoor/outdoor area of the restaurant. Our server was very attentive. The meal was reasonably priced for...the quantity of food and restaurant location. Coronado is a pricy town. We over ordered and ate every bit of the food! Including oysters on the half shell and the Crispy Brussel Sprouts. The portions were generous. Will definitely return.More

This place has a good groove, and half-price wine on Wednesdays it’s definitely fun. The food was very good, and our server had such a good sense of humor and very accommodating. My lobster Cobb salad had a generous amount of lobster, and was a...very big salad overall. Yum!!More

Not sure how to answer your question except that Coronado is no smoking in public or in restaurants . If people are smoking on public streets they could be tourists or not aware of this .

It's about a 30 minute walk, or 5 to 10 min drive depending on traffic. It's right next door to El Cordova hotel across the street from the Del.
