I have only been to two Elephant Bar locations (Lakewood and Concord, California), but both have had very good menus and great drink selections - and the bartenders can mix just about anything you would ever want. Their seafood is fresh and their appetizers are a great value - most are as large as entrees (great for sharing).

This is not fine dining but it is decent and a good spot for meetings, business or otherwise. African themed interior, large and bright. I suppose they spent millions of dollars on the building, too bad they didn't get better chefs. This is otherwise similar to any number of other local places that pass for having a dining "experience" similar... More

It's different - decore makes you feel like your in some exotic location. Food is great and their menu fairly priced. We have had small groups there and the service is super with smiles galore. Enjoy.

I did not expect great things but very average at best, I had a Cobb Salad with Overcooked dry chicken breast and a little spot of Avocado, lots of chopped lettuce. Pretty healthy I guess. Music playing throughout the restaurant was too loud to have a conversation. Don't bother with this one.

My wife and I went to dinner here last night, wanted to try a new place. BIG MISTAKE. Both our meals (16oz ribeye and 10oz sirloin) were dry and bland. No grill spice or seasoning at all. Loaded potatoes tasted like they were straight out of a box, and the Mac n cheese was no better. The service, was beyond... More

They have changed the menu here (admittedly it had been a while since my last visit). It is more appealing to the average person I would think and the food was good. They now have sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. Where before everything seemed to have an Asian flavor and come with rice. Burgers are even on the menu now. The... More

It has beautiful decor of African animals, fish, seductive lighting. Service is good but not great. A circular bar with a ramp up to the main dinning area. We have eaten there many many times in the past, but not lately. Quality seems to have suffered! Many of the wonderful servers we used to like and knew have left or... More

Reserved this dinner with my wife on Open Table - with which I'll close out our final experience at this establishment. We were nicely greeted at the door, but sat for more than 15 minutes without being asked for drinks. Another server walked by and asked us for our drinks, and stated "...I saw your here with no drinks, and... More

Good place for lunch or dinner in an African themed restaurant. Lots of simulated rock and animal features combined with bamboo forests, dimmed lighting and muted colors make this place comfortable. It is similar to other restaurants in this chain. They have an interesting mix of food, some with an Asian flare. All our meals were pretty good and the... More
