I have been to 99 ranch market many times and this Korean restaurant just few minutes walk from 99 ranch market. After 3 years finally I tried the food and it was really good. I ordered spicy sea food soup, my friends ordered tofu soup and another food . We had a lot of foods and all of them taste... More

I'm half Korean, absolutely does not make me an expert by any means. They are receiving a 3 rating from me purely on service. They were a great staff and VERY nice. Very willing to help and knew customers always come first. I wish I could share the taste of the food like the other reviews here. I just cannot.... More

We enjoy Korean food and were pleasantly surprised at the variety that was available at the Korea House in Concord CA. The place is small (it can accommodate only 60 people) so it tends to be full during peak meal times. We ordered seafood and were glad we did. The stir fry shrimp (costing $15) with vegetables tasted great although... More

Working nearby. Had decent reviews from both Yelp and TA. lt was a poor showing. Busy, with filled with presumably locals, Korea house left me wanting. I ordered the lunch special. My pork was over marinated and came much too late. Banchan was mediocre too, only two side dishes. The tempura on my Bento was the worst, I've ever had,... More

Our extended family enjoys going here. It is our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter's favorite restaurant. Service is friendly and fast. Food is tasty and inexpensive. We always order the short ribs and the glass noodles. Those items are not spicy. With dinner comes a variety of food in small bowls--potatoes in a spicy sauce, fish in a spicy sauce,... More

I've never eaten anything but Korean BBQ before, so this was a new experience. My hubby is more adventurous with food and has eaten Korean food before, so he was my gastronomical guide this trip. I ordered beef sirloin and my hubs had seafood. It came with a bunch of sides. I enjoyed it, especially the transparent noodles and the... More

Generally good food. But the staff got our order wrong on 2 separate occasions. Food was good, but extremely spicy. Will return and order extra rice to counter spiciness. Lunch may be a better bargain with $10 bento box style lunches.

We had occasion to visit here again with a mostly vegetarian group. We ordered variations of the Bibm Bap hot pots, and all were excellent, even with various possibly confusing special orders. However, the outstanding item, and the main reason I am taking the time to review this restaurant again, was the kim chi pancake (Kim Chi Jun). It was... More

Weekend evenings are busy, busy, busy here, so be prepared for a wait as they don't take reservations. Service is a bit frantic-- and we were a bit surprised when we were told that "seconds" on one of the side dishes (I think it was the transparent noodles) would cost us extra. When we all scowled, the waiter backed off,... More
