I have been going there from time to time for more than 30 years. Nothing has changed what is quite unique in the present world. Interior very simple. Service competent. Remember that if you want to have your meals excellently prepare you must book more...time than usual. Menu quite rich, taste and quality fantastic. Real good Polish cuisine. Worth to come here even from Krakow.More

It's worth to travel from Cracow to this amazing restaurant in an old polish mansion. Really need to try "Kolduny" and "Beef tongue with horseradish sauce" and take a refreshing drink with raspberry juice. Staff is amazing, especially always smiling Wanda and Marcin who makes...really good drinks. We were there in september and it was a real pleasure to enjoy dinner in the beautiful garden. At the end we could try polish apple pie.More

I started going there more than 20 years ago with my parents, now I go there with my husband. Nothing changed there. Still superb food and mega-professional, friendly staff. In my opinion it is the best restaurant in Poland, my second favourite is Oberza Mazurska...in Jedrychowo, Lake District but it is so far away from the place where I live. Whenever you go there, you will have the same fresh, autentic, a bit old fashion polish cuisine. For vegetarians I recommend Ruskie ravioli, omelet with spinach or rum, soups (they have lovely polish soups), pancakes, gniocchi with mashroom sauce. My husband is a carnivore and he loves meats there. Always ask the waiter what they suggest. If you are on your way from Krakow to Zakopane, stop there, you will be very happy. Or if you are keen on restaurant, visit Nowina while in Krakow. You will not find a better restaurant in a town.More

Very good food, polish cousine at its best . Long tradition this was one of the first private restaurants in Poland, started back in communist times. Wild meats. perfect soups. Recommend Barszcz with dumplings
