A little cleaner than previous owner. A few things have been replaced or repaired or updated. Still many things there are old and unattractive. You can tell it was a very old Perkos but it has changed. An extended menu but still similar to the old menu. Good average food. Average prices. Staff very very nice. Still room for improvement.... My family and I ate at Café 101 last weekend, but here it's called Perko's Café? Decent breakfast, was clean and I would eat there again.

There are not a lot of places to eat in coalinga; This is not one of them . The health department needs to deal with this, because it is not clean, grim, and the food is inedible. This restaurant is part of a chain form the central valley, but has lost its way. even the menus, glossy and in full... More

In the last ten years, this establishment has gone way down hill. Beside the dingy old decor and overall dirty environment; all of the food is clearly pre-made and frozen. I remember coming here in high school and the chicken fried steak was thick and flavorful. On our last visit, it was paper thin, bland and previously frozen. The waffles... More

Perko's used to be a lot nicer before the owner decided to put the majority of his time and effort into other business ventures. The food and service has steadily declined from what it once was. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the food is mediocre at best.

You can't get anyone to take care of business. We were always waiting for the waitress.... they visit each other the whole time. After being there 5 times and it was the same way every time... I'm done and won't be back.

This place makes me sick for a few hours after going. There is hardly any service and it's overpriced for the crap you get. It's not fast food, but honestly going to the I 5 and getting Carl's Jr is much better

This is a tired looking restaurant and needs face-lift on the interior. I eat at Perko's a couple of times a month since it is convenient and the servers are very pleasant and prompt. The hash browns have an odd taste sometimes, perhaps it is the grill?

I didn't want fast food, which you can find in abundance on I-5, and I didn't want the Harris Ranch experience, so I drove into downtown Coalinga, about 12 miles from the freeway to see what I could find. Hey, reader, save your time and gas: There is not much there there, unless you like a really good split-pea soup,... More
