LA HACIENDA, Cloverdale

We stopped in on the way back to San Francisco while vacationing in northern Ca. Cute town and the restaurant outdoor courtyard is so pretty and inviting. Liked the fact they had a menu on a board to look at and they were very accommodating...making me something off the menu. The chips and margaritas were so good as well as the food and service. So happy we came upon this restaurant while traveling.More

Good food, friendly service

We were in town for the evening. We had dinner at this place several times when we used to live in the area and wanted to see if it still had good food. We were not disappointed. Still good basic mexican fare with adequate portions....I had a chicken taco and cheese enchilada plate and could not finish it all. OK Mexican food

I think your assessment hinges lots on what part of the state/country you're from and the relative availability of ethnic cuisines. We live where there's lots of top quality Latin restaurant options and found this one to be average - for both food and drink....Salsa was good, but the chips were kind of greasy. There appeared not to be an a la carte portion on the menu - which we would have preferred. We each had the soft taco plate - good, but a little dry. Service was pleasant but not easy to flag down when we wanted to order another drink.This place could do with a little freshening on the outside.More

I WAS NEEDING MEXICAN FOOD IN NAPA!!!!!!

Stopped in Cloverdale for a delicious Mexican dinner at La Hacienda! Service was a tiny bit slow but I was with good company so I didn’t mind the wait! The food was delicious and the price was great for Napa Valley!!

A great find!

Wanting to try a restaurant we hadn't been to, we took the short trip to Cloverdale, CA, where we decided to give La Hacienda a try. It did not disappoint! We were greeted promptly and had our choice of tables. Three enticing specials were posted,...but we both decided on enchiladas - verde for my husband, and the Hacienda special enchilada(with chicken, guacamole and sour cream). The entrees were plated well, and the portions were abundant. While waiting for our entrees, we enjoyed some of the best chips and salsa we've had. Kudos to La Hacienda!!More

Yum

Food was AMAZING. My husband and I walked into this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. He ordered the carnitas taco plate and said it was one of the best he had ever tried before. I had cheese enchiladas and we both had a few drinks....The food here is very fresh and the service was superb. I just wish we lived closer so we could go back again.More

Good Mexican Food

Had a good lunch here. Ordered a chile relleno and a chicken enchilada. Chips and salsa were good as well. Pleasant service and reasonably priced.

Margaritaville

I love the margarita's here, Randy is a great bartender and makes them well. I love the super Q chicken quesadia, yummy and enough food to take home for next day lunch.

Good for a family dinner

We enjoyed a nice dinner on a quiet Thursday night was nice ez to chat. Food is very normal Tex mex. But tasted good after a day of travel. I thought their Tamales were good, along with a chicken enchilada. Margaritas were so so. All...in all a good meal for a fair priceMore
