A comfortable friendly unpretentious restaurant in the heart of historic Third Avenue in Chula Vista. Their lunch buffet at $9.99 is outstanding - salads , Italian specialties including a protein like meatballs or chicken plus two kinds of pizza. Also served on Tuesday night. Small bar and TV on premises for sports night. Banquet room also available to book for... More

Always enjoy eating here! The wait staff are always friendly, the place is clean and the food is DELICIOUS! Everything I've tried has been great...chicken marsala,, the picata, peppers onion and sausage, calzone, eggplant parmesan, fried ravioli...I could go on and on but you have to try it yourself!!

We have eaten here before so planned our 40th wedding anniversary for this restaurant. Events prevented us from having that. The two of us ate a wonderful consulation meal here and enjoyed it very much. By way of history, our entire family of 12 ate here last year and we were seated in a separate room. Since our group included... More

We go to Mangia' s as often as we can and each time it is excellent. My husband LOVES the Lasagna & my favorite is the Veal Parmigiana. Adam & Kathy are wonderful & make you feel like family no matter how long it has been since you have been in. The rest of the staff are just as great!... More

I go here 2-3 times a month. The staff and owners are great and so is the food. They also have a small and a large banquet room so it's a great place for private parties. I've never had a bad meal here!

This place is in the older part of Chula Vista. Parking is not a problem. The menu even has a senior section! Plenty of wonderful entrees to please anyone. This is a family run business and they care about their patrons ! Enjoy!

Our youngest daughter was just married in Italy. We came to the San Diego area for a fun reception. We are in a fifth wheel in the KOA park in Chula Vista and decided we had to have an Italian dinner. We stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant with seating in the bar area, dining area and huge room in the... More
