This was such a great find in Chino. The food is authentic country. I ordered fried steak and it was delicious. The place is almost like a landmark in Chino opened in the1950's where it was the center of Ranching business before they all moved to Central California. It has a full bar. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Food was great but the service was horrible. Didn't get any refills (asked about 5 times), We were asked to move so someone else can sit there. When we got our order it was great just the waiters need to me retrained

My favorite is breakfast. Always a special on the board with a great price. Food is always cooked to order and tastes great.

My parents have been eating here since the 60's. We still have family dinners or breakfast and normally order the tri-tip steak, country fried steak, hamburger steak, bisquits and gravy, all the varieties of omelets, and blueberry pancakes. Those are just our favorites. If your in the mood to drink the bar has great drinks at great prices. This place... More

We have been eating at Cock-A-Doodle since 1987 when we moved to Chino. It was recommended to us for breakfast, which is great. But we have discovered some of the best home cooked meals besides breakfast. We recommend the restaurant to friends on a regular basis. It's not fancy, but the food is great and the staff is always friendly.

Welcome back to 1957... We go for breakfast a couple of times a year... Very good breakfast, on S&S they have Eggs Benedict with perfectly poached eggs! Lots of big omelet options and really good Bloody Mary's! The dinning room is quaint, but I recommend going in the side door to the bar and eating breakfast there! Service is always... More

This is my favorite local restaurant. It has been here in Chino for over 50 years. The service is about as friendly as can be with many of the servers working there many years. The owner comes around often to check on you and your meal. Their Prime Rib special on Friday and Saturday nights is fantastic. They also have... More

A true family neighborhood place. Been around for a while, but has always had friendly, efficient service and home style cooking. And going as often as we do, we're treated like family. I love the chicken teriyaki and my wife swears by the chicken fried steak.

The food was okay and service was ... tired and not very friendly. The waitress looked like she was worn out and ready to go home, this was at lunch time. The decor looks 50 years old. Parking is behind the building and the entrance is through the bar unless you walk around to the front door. The bar is... More
