Wonderful, casual BBQ joint style restaurant. Ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip are all great. The fresh made beer battered onion rings are among the best. There are some salad for the non-meat eaters. Great stop for either lunch or dinner.

We eat a lot of barbecue all over this country and Smokin Moe's rates right up there with the best we have tried. The ribs were perfect, the meat almost fell off of the bones and the pulled pork was just as tender. It all had a great flavor to it. The service was very good as well. Keep up... More

The BBQ choices are great and the prices are not outrageous. Even at their busiest the restaurant is not noisy. It has some out door seating on their secluded patio in the back. It is not fancy, metal tables and mismatched chairs, but it is clean and the portions are perfect.

This is a fun place for family fun, or couples. There are so many things handing on the wall to enjoy, and the smell of the food is so over the top. We each ordered a different meat and shared and it was all goo

This is a well known Chico favorite. You can smell the food cooking before you park. Great menu choices and reasonable prices. Plenty of food per order. It's casual and the inside is nicely appointed with a rustic feel. Parking can be tough since you're in downtown Chico. So circle the block once or twice and you'll find a spot.... More

Casual setting with very good food. Ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and tri-tip is very good. For people who know The Pantry in L.A., Mo's uses their coleslaw recipe and it is GREAT.

we stopped for lunch. The food was quite tasty and portions very generous. The kids meal was actually enough for an adult. The sauces are varied and delicious and many kinds to suit all tastes. The ribs are good as well as the pulled pork.

Tasty baby back ribs and healthy portions, too. You can try different sauces depending on your likes.

Expensive...Food is your average B.B.Q. Service was slow. Seems to serve college age first while we had to wait.

If you love straight from the hip BBQ, you won't go wrong here. During a stay in the area in early April, we dined there twice. It's a down home kind of place; the furnishings rustic and the food portions large. Staff is casual, friendly and efficient. Only quibble, a couple more craft beer selections would be nice especially given... More
