The place to come for coffee and conversation. Quintissential chico coffees roasted here, and couches for chatter and tables for worj. Right in the middle of downtown.

The Coffee selection is great. My favorite is the Peruvian Organic. The food is coffee shop food, meaning pastries etc. The people that work there, the patrons and the people walking outside are a trip. Some guy with a camera took a picture of me. Lots of friendly artist types. Very comfortable sofas and chairs to sit with friends. There... More

The best barista coffee in Chico by far and probably the best and most skilfully-prepared cups anywhere between San Francisco and Portland. This great venue of coffee talent is ruined by the worst imaginable playlists--the stalest, most tired sorts of blues, soul, r&b that you'll hear anywhere--the same twenty tracks over and over. A Rainy Night in Georgia often three... More

This pace reminds me of a coffee shop run by the Zapatistas in San Cristobal. A wall of murals...low lights and great coffee with couches and comfy chairs to hang out in. Watch the fun as folks try to decide if it is OK to use a Unisex bathroom.

Loved the atmosphere with art on the walls and very comfortable lounge couches around the room. Coffee was terrific and the staff was fabulous.

Coffee was excellent and the food fresh and satisfying. When you enter the establishment it is warm and welcoming and the sounds and smells enticing. Very much enjoyed my visits there - next time I come back to Chico I will definitely be back

Ok, if you want an amazing brew dijour, this is your place. Had the best chi tea of my life! Coffe here is amazing too. We come here every time we visit Chico. This little place is a favorite, study, socialize, get your batteries charged kinda joint. Lots of students. Some local Art. Comfy digs. One tiny bathroom, but the... More

a very eclectic and funky coffee shop in the downtown core that is a wonderful place to get to know this town and the odd types who inhabit it. Wonderful espressos and teas; table and couch seating; and easy for conversation, job interviewing, reading, or writing. The coffee doesn't get any better in Chico than here. And they sell their... This place looks the part of a decent third-wave coffee shop - La Marzocco, brick walls etc. However when I went there the other day it was apparent that whoever was operating said-machine didn't have much of a clue. Temperature - wrong, microfoam - non-existent, taste - hugely disappointing, latte art, forget about it. Please learn how to pull a... More
