It's a little hard to find this place. There's one sign on a post .3 miles down the road on the opposite side of the street. When you finally find the small restaurant, there is a lot of foliage that covers the sign. We nearly gave up. There were 6 of us. At first, service and food delivery was fast.... More

Cedar Glen Malt Shop is a 50's style diner complete with posters on the walls and that wonderful smell of onion rings and burgers frying. The sandwiches are named after vintage automobiles, my favorite being the Edsel. The onion rings are terrific and, yes, you can really get a shake with real malt in it. A definite place to go... This is a wonderful family run right out of the fifties burger and malt shop. After several weeks of trying to shed a few pounds, I had a craving for a great burger. So my friend and I ended up here for lunch. When we arrived they were completely full but a table opened up within just a few minutes.... More

Great malts and good burgers. I liked the veggie burger and the onion rings. Fries were just ok. Kids loved their meals in a cardboard car. I'm think there was one salad on the menu. Not healthy but good overall.

Our family loved this 1950's style malt shop on our trip to Arrowbear Lake. It was very cute, the music was fab, there was a huge selection of burgers, shakes and malts. Our 3 year old son was well catered for, and they even served his kids meal in a cardboard car (which he is still playing with days later).... More

For the last almost 10 years, every time we go to Lake Arrowhead my kids and I have go there. They make amazing milk shakes and mean burgers, the best! The location is great, very ogg the beaten path, but not hard to find.It can get pretty busy during the weekends, but they are pretty fast.

If you love milkshakes, burgers, fries, and onion rings this is the place for you! So yummy and the staff is always friendly and helpful if you need advice regarding their many options. It's off the beaten path, but it's worth finding it!

Had been craving a big juicy burger for a while and the Cedar Glen Malt Shop did not disappoint. I had the Impala Burger which is a 1/3 pound juicy burger set on top of onion rings, smothered in BBQ sauce and thick enough to barely get your mouth around. I substituted onion rings instead of fries and tghey were... More

Although the fish and chips were slightly over-fried, they were flavorful and filled the plate. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is 'malt shoppe'with fun decor and pictures. A great place for a casual meal.
