I don't know who Don & Sweet Sue are (or were) but their place is OK. "Great," I thought when we walked in, "we get to sit at a lunch counter." There were a few small tables around the periphery but they were taken. But we were ushered into a side room that was quite pleasant; more like someone's home... More

Stopped in for breakfast on our way out of town. I had a pancake sandwich, which is 2 scrambled eggs, bacon and TWO fluffy pancakes that a cover a plate by themselves. I tried to eat all of it, but left quite a bit. Still a great breakfast. Hubby had 2 eggs over easy with corned beef hash and hash... More

We visit Don and Sweet Sue's just about every time that we visit Palm Springs. It is a great little restaurant with a wonderful breakfast and lunch menu. The menu has lots of different omelettes as well as lots of sides to go with them. My husband had a chicken liver omelet on our most recent visit. I had the... More

Went here for breakfast which was just ok. Nothing to write home about. I had just received a local dining card which this place participates in. When I tried to use it, I received rude attitude. Sure didn't feel very welcome here and not sure I'll be going back even though I could walk there from my home.

Walking the area & decided to check out this small & quaint establishment. Glad we did. I tried the Chorizo & Eggs with the Sweet Corn & Clam Chowder. The wives liked the soup so much we took 2 large cups of it to the condo. My friend Dan had the Cindy's Bisquits & Gravy, he said it was the... More

Went for breakfast this morning. It was a tasty meal and the service was good until we tried to pay our bill. That took awhile. It is a little pricey but good.

Nothing like a clean version of a Greasy Spoon, Country Kitchen without the grease! Great service, beyond huge portions! My husband went off TA recommendation & ordered the Carne Asada omelet & loved it. Piping hot with sourdough toast the butter was still melting on! I ordered the Cindis special which was bacon & scrambled eggs over biscuits, topped with... More

Every thing was good. Six of us and all ordered something different. Large portions too. Will return and tell people there were no disappointing moments. Try it you'll like it. It's a very popular place!

We have been coming here for years as do many of the customers who are hugged like family. Breakfast is our favorite meal and Anna is our favorite waitress. She knows my husband always orders the carne asada plate special on the weekend. Service is fast and friendly. Even the bus boys (men) have been here for years. Today I... More
