The bakery looked awesome! Wish we hadn't already purchased a different one because we would have had a ball picking from their beautiful display of authentic French selections. I had the quiche for brunch and it was delicious and my boyfriend had the salmon, which...More

Pastries and coffee beverages are the best in Carmel. Dinner is sub-par for the area. Wait staff is friendly and energetic.

We were lucky to arrive early and get the last table before the line outside developed.at 12noon. Charming stylish small dining room, simple table settings. Quiche, soup and crab/croissant sandwich all excellent, generous portions. The only negative for our visit was the bossy tone of...More

It is a local favorite place in addition to tourists. Prices are great too, not killing your pocket. They also offer a large amount of backed goods for desert and make me wanting to eat it all. I recommend to visit this place.

We always enjoy our meals here. Small but with lots of charm. Romantic. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children unless they're exceptionally well behaved. Good menu with a nice selection of pastries as well.

We came here after dinner at the flying fish grill downstairs. All we want were coffee and dessert. The people were truly nice and welcomed us in. The service was quick and friendly and the raspberry triangle was very nice.

Delicious! they serve all day and have a great pastry case. I had quiche and it was yummy. Husband had French onion soup which was really good. I will go back for sure next time.

Early Sunday lunch on a beautiful fall day. Friendly service. Highly recommend their cream of onion soup special if it is available. The roasted chicken on brioche is actual, real chicken, not the awful deli sliced stuff, and very tasty.

Here is their phone number (831) 624-5008. They only take reservations for dinner, apparently. Google it, look at website, refer to dinner menu.

A relaxing and comforting venue modeled after a European chateau where tables are thoughtfully spaced and fresh flowers, fireplace, candles and soothing musical notes are integral part of the dining experience. The ambience sets the tone for French country food served with a great deal of care for detail, and pastries baked daily on premises. Dining room is available for private dinner parties.
