Had a perfect Tuscan lunch shared by three the following was about perfect: insalata misto, fungi pizza, burrata. Service was polite and quick. Food above average for sure. Excellent choice. I'll return for dinner for sure.

Nice lunch with a soup of mushrooms and salad with lots of beets. A little pricy but ok for a holiday weekend with crowds everywhere.  Carmel is a destination, after all.

We pulled in to Carmel, and had no idea where we would eat. We happened to find a parking space right in front of Cantinetta Luca. Checked a few reviews, and decided to try it out. So happy that we did. I had the Bolognese, I think she had a Ravioli. We both were completely satisfied with our meal. We... More

They have a new chef and revised menu. The ingredients are fresh, everything made from scratch.i t really showed. Amazing local vegetables, house made gelatos, fresh, local fish. The steaks were not cooked to order preference. They pride themselves as a steakhouse so this was a surprise. The pork chop dry. Perhaps they could buy a meat thermometer. The dishes... More

My boyfriend booked this wonderful place and I was very surprised, not how good it was, but how he made such a great choice. The food, Buratta and Meats for Apps and the Kansas City Bone in for the Entree were so good. I tried not to eat it all however, it was impossible. The steak was so insane full... More

From the moment we arrived we were ignored. It took 20 minutes just to get someone to ask for our drink order. Then it was downhill from there. The server was slow AND rude. He had an attitude from the beginning. The cocktails took forever because the bar had only one bartender. She tried to keep up but it was... More

Excellent restaurant: energetic yet romantic, upbeat, bright, light, airy, traditional yet young! There was a lovely window table but a very loud party of a dozen women was next to it so we enjoyed dining at the bar instead. Service was excellent. Wine steward was fun to watch him sniff wine and corks; the bartender was very attentive. We ordered... More

I took a business guest and his wife here for dinner. They selected the restaurant. I wonder why they had 'techno' music blasting in an Italian restaurant. I found it rather distracting. They cure their own meats; like salami, mortadella, etc. and we had a nice appetizer tray. I did have a bit of 'sticker' shock on the bistecca. My... More

Nice Italian place. The food was very good. We had appetizers of burrata with prosciutto, soup of the day and pizzas. Everything was excellent. All in all a very good pick in Carmel.

The food, wine and ambiance is terrific and very relaxed. A party of 6 adults had a terrific experience, AFTER moving from the back room where there was a very rude and loud group of people. The management was not going to try and calm these people down, but they happily moved our party. I felt sorry for the other... More
