If the quality and presentation of the food matched the prices at this establishment, we would have had a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The Ahi Tuna was atrocious and the sauce on the Halibut was simply bland. Enough said.

We had looked up this place and finally decided to go. What a disappointment. Nearly $100 for what was basically a burger & toasted sandwich and 4 glasses of wine. Tax & gratuity were decided by management and added before you signed the bill, and then they ask for a tip. Please do not eat here until you know what... More

This is completely false. Completely false by some of the most abusive behavior I, as a business owner, have seen in a long time. As a result of your verbal abuse, there were employees who were crying, and maybe you did not realize there was even a customer you were yelling at that you thought was an employee. To our... More

It was packed , but a place at the bar came up and we grabbed it ! Most agreeable . We ordered a draft beer and it was served immediatly and was at the right temperature . We ordered oysters and a lunch special of Soft Shell Crab ! Fantastic ! Definitely will return !

I had researched which restaurant to go to on tripadvisor and this one kept coming back to me. As we walked up tonight which is unusually hot for this time of year, we saw a restaurant across the street with a nice terrace. As we contemplated going across the street, a nice gentlemen asked if he could help with our... More

The city is great and we found this nice place randomly, it was great, We tried the Lobster bisque, the clam chowder and a linguini with crab! I can not say which one was the best, just make sure you have enough space to try more than one thing here. And the staff is great also.

Best seafood paella ever. Great pasta with lobster. Lovely lobster soup. Very knowledgeable waitress who gave us lots of information. We were even allowed to change our dish slightly. Great cocktails too.

We walked downtown Carmel and picked this out of the blue because of the seafood, They were busy on Thursday night so we sat outside in a small space between 2 buildings, the owner/manager took up the first table with his phone and paperwork and hawked potential customers the whole time we were there like a carnival worker, after a short... We ate here on our first night in Carmel on the recommendation of a friend. We were very happy with the choice. We ate on the casual grill side. We had the red sangria to start and it was delicious - loaded with fresh fruit. The starter of New England clam chowder was very tasty as was the Caesar salad.... More

I loved the menu which I was told they could make almost anything Gluten-safe. They prepare pasta in their own pots for GF only pasta, they alter any recipe to make it GF safe. Our server, Sandra, was a great inspiration! I had a Lobster Melt on GF toast. And a cup of Clam Chowder! It is made naturally GF... More

With our kids grown we decided to get away for Thanksgiving, so we chose one of our favorite dog friendly community, Carmel. We wanted to catch a late dinner and as it was the holiday weekend and we had our 4 legged child, we needed a place with a patio and Flaherty's fit the bill. The food was very good,... More

Description
At Flaherty's...Fish is Everything! We know good seafood, we know how to buy it and we know how to prepare it. Unlike most restaurants (even the best of them) where fish is often a secondary item on the menu...at Flaherty's it's all about seafood. Here, you will experience a small town, comfortable, family atmosphere, where quality ingredients and quality preparation come together with quality service. We also include gluten free items in our menu to provide all of our customers with the best service possible. It's who we are...come and experience seafood like it was meant to be.
