All the food we tried at two breakfasts was excellent!! Love the atmosphere--potbellied stove in one room, airy sunny adjacent room, and outside terrace with great view. Service both times, both wait staff and reception, was perfect. We ate as a family and also "solo." Our new go-to breakfast place for frequent visits to the Monterey peninsula. It's open to... More

Arrived at 1130 am for lunch with a sparse crowd in attendance. The food and views were great but I am rating 1 star as the service was the worst I've ever had. We actually had to get up and go find a waiter. Then, had to ask for water twice. Order came and it wasn't correct. I have to... More

As we were staying at the Inn for a few days, this was an easy breakfast choice. Outside tables are at a premium at peak times, so we sat inside. The Corned Beef Hash w/ Poached eggs was delicious....the hash seemed freshly made and was full of flavor. The portion was also generous. My wife declared her Pancakes as the... More

We stopped her for lunch. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The views were spectacular. We made reservations just to be safe but it wasn't that busy that we could not have got in without it. If you are heading to Big Sur it is worth the stop for breakfast or lunch. Parking is a bit of a... More

Breakfast tasted great and the views of the coastline are breathtaking. Dining al fresco w overhead heaters was enjoyable but don't go here expecting great service of any assistance if you have food allergies like me. Substitute fruit for toast, nope. I expect much better from Hyatt.

Views from the patio deck and restaurant windows are spectacular, down to the crashing waves on the rocky coastline and the Monterrey Cypress trees. The food is also very good. Breakfast or lunch here is a treat.

The food and the view here are wonderful! I truly enjoyed my crab Benedict named "Point Lobos" on the menu. My husband ate every bit of his " special of the day" halibut sandwich! This restaurant will be relocated on property, and share space with the dinner restaurant, Pacific's Edge. Love the ambience on the deck!

This was a great find near Point Lobos state park right off route 1. There's a great deck overlooking the ocean. They were so accommodating of our 2 year old, and he was very happy to sit outside. Food was really good!

I ate both lunch and breakfast there. Both were ok, not outstanding. The Eggs Benedict was ok. Nothing special. I had the shrimp salad for lunch. It was basically 3 small shrimp, some tomatoes and lots of greens. I thought for the price they should give you at least a half boiled egg. It was good enough. I would eat... More
