The location and views are excellent, but the restaurant doesn't match up. High end prices but low end décor and ambiance. Décor is very dated. Got seated by a window, but tables were so close had to sit in the inner two seats because occupied window seats at adjacent tables left no room for us. If we had a party... More

Since the restaurant is located on Route 1, the views are wonderful. The food was ok... nothing special...and as expensive as Nepenthe.... I would suggest you continue up the road and skip this one.

Stopped for lunch on our way back from Big Sur and the location is incredible. Perched on the cliff overlooking the ocean. Crab cake was outstanding as was seafood louie. Crosby sandwich was very good as well. Grab a glass of wine and just enjoy the view after lunch.

I always like to take my clients here for a coffee break while driving on PCH. After a long drive, a coffee and sweets are perfect to relax. The view is amazing and you have a great view of the wild ocean.

There aren't a lot of options for dining really well on the epic Highway One drive, but that's really not what it's for now, is it? It's the adventure and majesty that we do it for. So, having said that, this place has decent food, but it could be from practically anywhere, culinarily speaking. But that's also not really what... More

Drove down from our hotel in Monterery for lunch. You will not find a more majestic view for dining. Lots of outdoor seating available high above the crashing surf. Great place to have a few drinks and some appetizers. The Mediterranean veggie platter is delicious Just a mile or two from the famous and picturesque Bixby Bridge.

Awesome view, delicious food, and gorgeous photographs on the walls (expensive). The service is friendly and efficient, and they didn't mind if we walked around between courses. We'll be back! (the burgers are amazing!)
