The views from Rocky Point are amazing, and it is a great experience to enjoy on your trip to the coast. The food is good, but you come for the views and experience. We had a nice lunch and then enjoyed cocktails on the grounds....More

First off, you should definitely eat here at least once. This and Nepenthe have the most breathtaking views of any restaurants I've been to in California. Yes, you will pay for the privilege ($100 for lunch for 2 with glasses of wine and tip) and...More

The view overlooking craggy cliffs set with an array of coastal flowers, sea birds and crashing waves and stunning deep blue and azzure sea was stunning. We sat outside, it was sunny and sheltered from the wind, the food was ok and with a,little more...More

In my experience, restaurants that have amazing views usually have really mediocre food and service, because they can fill up based on the view. For that reason I was really hesitant to visit with our large group of 8, including 2 children. We had a...More

Came here for a late lunch, and our server, Selena, couldn't have been nicer! She was so attentive, but not in an annoying way. We knew going in the food would be pricey, and that we were going for the view mostly, so we knew...More

Had Crab Benedict at brunch but it was flavorless. Couldn't taste the crab. Service and view were good but I would not go back. Very expensive ie $26 for Fish and Chips.

All that I can say is, don't go for the food! We go there for the view and to sit out on the veranda. That is as good as it gets. Wonderful!! Back to the food. My wife had the prime rib sandwich and I...More

The location is just amazing. The burger was tasty and the service was good! But the best is to take a tiny hike to the shore and enjoy the sea view!

Excellent choice of menu, great service and food although we just had a snack. Great views and there was a wedding underway in the gardens. Great place to stop on the way down Route 1.

I am planning a 60th Birthday celebration for my husband at Spanish Bay Inn and found your restaurant and thought how lovely it was and wondered if I could make a reservation (outside, if good weather .. inside by the window, if coolish) now? It would be for the 19th April around 7:30 pm for 2. I only ask because we are coming from the UK, flying into SFO that day and it is difficult calling from here because of the hour differences. Thank you.

I am just a client of the restaurant. I would suggest you to send an email to the place. About the restaurant, it has a spectacular view of the pacific ocean. You would not regret. I think in april will be warmer than in... More

We are looking at a double queen balcony room since king balcony is sold out. Will the queen still have two inside lounge chairs? We could choose king patio but it seems upstairs may be better as long as the room is identical with the queens. Also, have they discontinued the evening reception hour? Thanks!!!
