What a great place to eat. The food is outstanding but the service was top of the line. Our waitress never missed a beat. The Cesar salad with grilled chicken was super yummy and the burgers with fries were awesome. You could see the man...More

We wanted to get a simple dinner to-go, and this was a good choice. We had the crab cake, prawns and an order of calamari and chips. All were quite good, and just perfect for a picnic on the beach. Nice to be able to...More

We stopped in Carmel on our way to Monterey for lunch. Being such an affluent area we were aware our lunch might not be very good value. We used trip advisor to search local restaurants and found AW Shucks which looked good and was across...More

I picked this place because a busy place is always a sign of a good place in a competitive place like Carmel. I was not wrong. Went back twice. Very pleased. Simple seafood and drinks would be by main description.

We always stop in here when in Carmel. They know how to make a Bloody Mary! Good lunch spot with ample selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and fresh seafood. Very cozy place, not for those who are claustrophobic.

Fun lunch here although it’s crammed with tourists and their dogs. Had the po’boy oyster sandwich and it was good but not great. Crab cake was moist and well seasoned. Shrimp Louis was excellent with ample shrimp and fish tacos great. I would return, but...More

Small and cozy, nice bar to sit and slurp oysters. We had Oysters Shuckafellar, broiled in the shell with an herbed parmesan topping that are just no to be missed. Terrific! They have New England Style creamy clam chowder, tomato broth based Manhattan Clam Chowder,...More

Expertly knowledgable bar staff and large fine wine selection with many available by the glass. Some local brews available as well as bottled favorites.

I don't think so. Did not see any in the restaurant. Room area is tight, close and crowded. Probably not the best idea.
