About
The legend of Carmel. Formerly owned by Clint Eastwood, he still owns the building-who knows when he will stop by? Kept intact to keep the charm that is the cozy Carmel of yesteryear.

We stopped by for drinks and appetizers, sat on the outside patio. Fast service, nice ambiance. Although Clint is no longer the owner, his pictures remain. A fun stop in Carmel, and you know everyone is going to ask if you went to the Hog’s...More

The food options were great for the varying appetites of our group of 6. Service and food were very good. The courtyard dining was cozy.

We visited the Hog’s breath about 20 years ago and this was our first return since. It’s in the centre of Carmel, across the road from our B&B handily enough. There are lots of photos of the man himself and plenty of merchandise to be...More

Had a good dinner experience here. The tuna appetizer was spicy and delightful. The calimari was just ok wouldn't order it again. The waitress was good looking after my wife's food allergies, but was not overly attentive.

Two of us stopped in for a glass of wine. We were escorted to a table in the bar area and were promptly ignored. In the meantime, the bartender was totally involved with the patrons seated at the bar. After about ten minutes, we got...More
