Unbelievable wine list ! We had soup and a bottle of wine at the bar and both were terrific ! We discovered Andres Boucher on our last night in Carmel, had we discovered it earlier we would have eaten here every day!

Inventive menus and wonderful wine pairings. What more could one ask for. Tonight's was lamb from appetizer to, believe it or not, dessert.
My husband thought the onion soup was excellent and my cheese tray had a selection of 5 very good cheeses with some bread crisps. The Cote du Rhone wine they suggested was perfect. It's an intimate place and I was glad that we ate early...More
This was such a wonderful place to stop and have lunch. I treated myself to the Salade Bio and the Tartine d'Escargot. The meal was superb! The service was a tad slow but quite gracious.

The cuisine, wine and service here are world class. Marvin Shanken of Wine Spectator has a note of commendation on the first page of the wine list to the effect that Bouchee offers an extensive and brilliantly selected list of wines. While the list would...More
Andre's served a Prix Fixe menu for Thanksgiving, with several choices. The food was delicious, Black Cod with wild mushrooms, soup, salad, apple pie, all well prepared. The people were very nice and welcoming, good atmosphere, a nice selection of wines. I'll definitely go back...More
Andre's Bouchee's Monday Supper Club is well worth the $45/person tariff. It's especially worthwhile with the $25 wine pairing -- the pairings are inventive and wonderful.
