Steakhouse

The location and ambience is wonderful. Been here twice with groups and found the steaks to be inconsistently cooked. Good taste, well seasoned, just not consistent. The sides are really good (lobster mac and cheese!) and wine choices are abundant. It's recommended by the local hotel, but my... read more

One of the best meals I had in the past year. Perfectly prepared steaks, an incredible warm spinach salad, excellent salmon, and even better deserts.

I got the filet, hard to screw up, but it was fantastic. Service was of the highest quality. On a humorous note, they had recently changed up the satellite radio station and were apparently trying a "new station" ... had the restaurant been full I'm sure someone would have freaked out as there were some 90's era drug fueled ballads... This is a regular for several of us to meet for lunch so we arrange to meet at least every couple of weeks. The atmosphere in the dining room, the quality of the food and the level of service is consistently good and the prices aren't bad either. I was concerned that the changeover at the hotel from Four Seasons... More

Big disappointment. Six of us went on Dec 5 for a holiday event, but found not a Christmas / Holiday decoration in sight in either the restaurant, or the bar. I usually only write good reviews, but this was not good. The Caesar Salad was eatable, but barely. The Wagyu flat iron steak was tough, are you kidding me? And... More

I was here at a company dinner and the food was outstanding. I have special dietary needs and the chef amazingly accommodated all needs. Lamb chops and seafood sampler for an app. Main course was a filet with potatoes and other vegetables. Service was great, attentive and friendly. I would definitely done here again.

The menu the hotel showed us was not exactly the one given to us at the table. The wild salmon was now a sustainable salmon. The wine we ordered was no longer available, and we noticed the same thing happened to the table next to us. The tuna appetizer had large slices of tuna in some sort of unflavorful sauce.... More

Regardless of how many times our family and friends visit The Argyle Steakhouse at the Aviara Golf Club, we are never disappointed. The customer service by the staff is second to none. The beauty of the facility, overlooking Batiquitos Lagoon and the Aviara Golf Course is breathtaking. The quality of the fresh ingredients, the finest of meat and poultry, and... More

Eat here on Saturday 10th October 2015 and had the New York Sirloin Steak with the Cognac and Green Peppercorn Sauce. How can you come here and not eat the steak? Service was faultless and one of the best steak dinners I have ever eaten. Presentation of the food also very good. Was given the opportunity to taste a couple... More

Food is excellent, the atmosphere is best in area. The value is very very strong given the menu and prices. Turkey club is the best, great bread, slow roasted turkey and bacon. Great view of golf and lagoon. The service is sometimes slow but all in all worth the trip. Parking lot gets crowded so longer walk from car if... More
