I came in for a few drinks with friends. When I tried to return after I stepped out for a phone call, I was told that "the other bouncer said I couldn't come back in." I insisted that there should be no reason, but the bouncer became belligerent and threatened me. When the "other" bouncer came back, he said that... More

Love this pub. Great atmosphere! We live locally and come here occasionally. The fish and chips are delicious. My adult son loves the corn beef boxty. Live music on Saturday nights. Great beer selection!

The atmosphere is really authentic, and the bar includes a wide selection of beers. It is cozy, yet fun, and the food is good, especially the Irish choices. It is a fun place to eat or just drink, and there are nights of trivia and music.

A comfortable and relaxed pub atmosphere with a fun and funny bartender. It was a great way to spend a hot afternoon.

An Irish Pub where you can hold a conversation. The food and service were both good. We shared the fish and chips and the portions are huge.

Wow! The front room with the long bar is paneled and very pub looking, The back patio where we sat is charming in tan and black walls and bricks. I ordered Kilkenny beer, a dark ale like Guiness, but not as bitter, in my opinion. It was $6.50 and my husband and I could have shared it; it was big.... More

I was looking for a good Irish Pub in Carlsbad to spend Half-St Patricks Day (which is conveniently my birthday). A boy did I ever find one! You walk into this establishment you feel like you are stepping foot in Dublin, knockin back a Guiness or seven, and falling off your barstool three sheets to the wind while listening to... More

No surpirse, the place was packed :) The service was good and the food seemed great. I wasn't able to eat anything because they didn't have any gluten free options, but I knew that going in. They did have some Gluten free beverage options tho and everyone around me seemed to enjoy the food.

I love this dish. The special spices enhance the flavor and tenderness of the corn beef. Tip: split the plate with someone, you still get way too much food and walk away with a reasonable bill. The fish and chips are also very good, especially with malt vinegar. Another tip: Jamie O'Connor band is very good that plays on Sunday... More

Had lunch here with the girlfriend. Service was very friendly. I ordered the Corn Beef and Cabbage. The corn Beef was really dry. My GF's pasta had no taste at all. The waitress felt bad so she took it off the bill. We waited forever for our food. The place seems to be frequent by lots of locals which is... More
