We loved the atmosphere of the place, and in general the food was good (but pretty much all fried). We liked the veggies, the lettuce... More
We had dinner on 27th Oct.2016 in P. F. Chang's, Carlsbad. Really we enjoyed the food. There is bar with good quality of wine in the restaurant. Atmosphere was pleasant. Service was prompt, polite & excellent.

New item Sichuan Asparagus was excellent... More
FOOD was GREAT and their customer service was beyond EXCELLENT. The manager went to our table...he introduced himself and apologized because our Hot Sour Soup was taking so long...they're making a fresh batch. The Manager comp our Hot Sour Soup. =) Plus, all the waiters here are good looking...so all you single ladies...this is the place to be. =)

The menu appears the same in all locations, but the chefs are not the same level of expertise in all locations. Wait staff was friendly, knowledgable and prompt.
