The good here is very good, Chef know how to highlight the flavors and make them all come together in his dishes.

Indirect ocean view relaxed lunch. Extensive teas on menu. Shrimp tempura excellent: Curries with good blend of vegetables.

We liked Geisha. We've been here a few times before. The service can get a little dicey sometimes, but it's a busy place, they get it done. The sushi was very good as was the tempura. Nice selection of beer and wine, they even had my wife's favorite lychee sake.

The sushi was very flavorful, and with unusual touches (slivers of lemon peel in some of the rolls, for example, providing bright notes to the seafood). Lots of attention to the freshness and sustainability of their fish, and many options for vegetarians. Reasonable prices.

If you're looking for excellent sushi, inventive combinations and totally sustainable fish, this is the place. We drove up from Carmel to enjoy an absolutely wonderful lunch. Started with a delicious bowl of soup, then had several nigiri: smoked salmon (fresh out of their own smoker), local ocean trout and mackerel. Also tried an ono roll. Everything was top drawer.... Four of us each ordered a bento box, which comes with your choice of four items from a large list of choices. All were great, and at $18.50, provided more than enough for a satisfying meal. I loved the teriyaki beef, brown rice, vegetables and sushi roll. Each also comes with a cup of delicious miso soup. The atmosphere is... More

This is a gem of a sushi and fusion japanese and american food. Located upstairs just off the Capitola Esplanade, the fresh sushi is excellent. For non-japanese food lovers they have some other excellent dishes as well.

One of the best sushi rolls I have had was at this place! It was a Thai inspired roll and it was amazing. They got the curry sauce just right. It tasted just like what I would have with my family.

We travel up the central California coast to Capitola Village a few times a year to relax and play tourist. Lunch at the Geisha is a wonderful treat. The bento boxes are very reasonable and include soup, plus salad. Be very careful with the old narrow stairway that takes you to the second floor location. Great service, excellent food and a... More

We were not impressed. The food was not good, didn't taste right and the sushi was not there..... the only thing that was OK was the Tempura vegetables.... maybe the locals like it, we were disappointed. Sorry
